I was reading that link on the Epstein accusers posted this morning and it makes complete sense that the only people to have publicly come forward are insane and/or grifters. They are there for propaganda purposes, can be tied to Epstein loosely enough even if only tangentially, and can’t actually implicate anyone of value in anything.
