Lots of fun stuff happening in the sports world over the weekend, but it’s too late to talk about, since it’s Tuesday. Toronto jumped out to a 1-0 series lead over Florida in the second round of the Wales Conference divisional -playoffs last night. There’s also this first shoe dropping story. Nothing much else happened, although this is a petty big story. Although it isn’t really a sports story. UCL semifinal second legs kick off today across the pond. And that’s pretty much it.
What does the actual law say? Shouldn’t that be the determining thing here, rather than what the judge says is the “legislative will?” Or is this guy leaning into some emanations and penumbras nonsense since the Ninth Circuit pretty much said the admin would likely win on the merits since the law gives broad discretion to the WH?
It’s a good start. Now dig deeper.
Time for another civil suit. You’d think they would learn by now.
Damn, dude. You need to relax. And maybe find a new line of work.
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! This woman is a nut.
They might want to light a fire under the legislature. That’s kind of their thing, right?
Good. Now repeat the process at a bunch of other Ivies.
No, SacBee. Just no. You don’t vocally support pedos like this.
Smugglers blues. I’m sure Trump will get blamed for this.
One man’s heaven is another man’s hell. Sounds like a good time to me.
Here we go. Probably been too long since I played them. That ends today. Enjoy them both.
And enjoy this lovely Tuesday, dear friends.

Way to not follow a single rule regarding justified use of force.
Was waiting for that totally relevant information, and the author did not disappoint.
1) Yes — we’re all going to be busy settling in the medical staff and installing the photon torpedo stock and the tractor beams, Captain Harriman.
2) This is why you should be doing Mondays and Banjos Tuesdays, man. Hope you enjoyed the Miami GP — it at least wasn’t a total parade or a wash out like I feared.
Morning Sloopy… morning all!
I’ve been in South Carolina playing golf for a few days. And we went out early yesterday so we had to swap links days. I genuinely had to double check to see what day of the week it was.
Related, looks like Doohan is out: https://www.bbc.com/sport/formula1/articles/cx2w8y04np2o
Huh… seems a bit premature, but I’m not Alpine. Hope he lands something that works for him.
I don’t understand why they aren’t stretching the grid. I think doing so would help avoid all these first- and second-turn collisions in these cars that are too freaking big and need to be shrunk down about 25%.
Because said collisions are often the only moments of interest before the race settles into 40 laps of DRS trains? (That’s my purely cynical response…)
No, SacBee. Just no. You don’t vocally support pesos like this
Do they support Bitcoin like this?
Now we know who was really celebrating Drinco De Mayo.
You don’t vocally support pesos like this.
California is ditching the dollar?
¡Dios mio!
I blame autocorrect.
1) See yesterday’s discussion — the “whys” and “wherefores” don’t enter into it… the more they can slowroll this, the better the odds of lots of illegals to be amnestied when the pendulum swings back (and the better for district apportionment in the next Census and whatnot… wasn’t there a stupid stupid decision a couple of years back that illegals have to be counted for Congressional representation, even though that makes absolutely no sense? Legal residents, sure… but “Anyone who steps off a plane at the right time”? You could have Newsome’s successor invite half the population of China on cruise ships to stay just long enough to be counted under that logic…)
2) It is kind of funny given how Imperial the Presidency has become that the Judge’s rant goes on about how the Executive has to submit to the orders of his court and the Ninth Circuit in their interpretation of the legislature… as if the Executive is the weakest branch instead of the one they’ve been all punting to for decades….. but that’s only when the Right Top
MenFolx are in charge, right?Does she have a boy brain too?
At least she provides hilarious quips for us.
Her “how you say cucumber” interview answer was fantastic.
1) Can Swiss narrow gaze a whole links post right off the bat? If so — this is probably a good tag to do it…
2) They already declared AfD extremist — they can just go all the way and ban them and strip their members of their seats… that should give this martinet his margin. Get on with it already… Brussels has work for you to do.
Read the bio of the guy who’s gonna be chancellor. It’s sickening.
Yes, Brussels is gonna love him.
Once Merz is chancellor the legislature can enable him to ban the AfD.
You know who else was Enabled?
The alcoholic woman I dated for a bit?
Don’t give the Germans ideas…
I’ve been following this guy for a while, and he’s been all over the German parliament stories.
It’s madness. They are just going to make AfD more popular than ever.
Why are politicians so fucking stupid…?
It’s not just that these globalist marxists are stupid: it’s that they are evil.
Sure — you can just make every civil servant have to wear a pin with a symbol on it showing his allegiance to the Party / Coalition or something. And then the businessmen — and make sure no one who lacks one isn’t shunned out of the public space. Very democratic. Not at all authoritarian.
Wow. The crowd that actively hates their countrymen is really, really not going to let go of their power willingly, is it.
Pins are too small. Coalition members should wear armbands so all can see. The opposition should also be made to wear a symbol on their clothing.
*Mass Narrowed Gaze*

I still have to catch myself to not date things in the 1900s, honestly.
Forget it
JakeSloopy — It’s SacTown.I was not aware they are allowed to vote for whoever they want.
But yeah, another left-right coalition is going to be a winner. 🙄
Grand Coalitions like that Always fail.
Always.

“This is democracy.”
LOL!
At this point the best you can do is pat them on the head and watch the country throw itself off a cliff. One wonders which of the many Western countries following the same path will fail first.
Of course — if he’d just worked with Catholic Charities to sponsor charter flights from their countries of origin using taxpayer funds, all would be well with all the prospective new Americans!
Or vice versa.
Or just lacking the right companionship.
I’ve honestly never been to one — from the looks of it, I assume it is much like a Love’s truck stop… just with presumably better food that your average Love’s (the brisket sounds appealing if they actually cut it there, not just shipped in packaged sandwiches). So certainly doesn’t seem inordinate for one day, no.
Was he allowed to go outside, like talk to customers at the gas pumps or strictly an inside job?
It reads like the bet was to stay strictly inside… all the cited activities were indoor as well, so that’s consistent enough.
Doubtless entirely coincidental that it was a good bit of cross promotion.
Yes, publicity/marketing stunt. It is entertaining and I approve.
Far from the worst punishment bet (or fantasy football punishment). When I was downtown for the draft this year, sitting in the Dawg Pound, one guy came in wearing a TJ Watt jersey, walking up to his seat as he got booed almost as much as Roger Goodall. The conjecture among the crowd was a lost bet.
It’s like a Loves, on better in every conceivable way.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JmYXrf0TMis
So, almost a Pilot?
So you’re sayingit’s magic?
“I assume it is much like a Love’s truck stop”
If a Love’s with 200 gas pumps had consensual three-way sex with a Walmart and a BBQ restaurant, the result would be a Buc-ees.
Excellent analogy.
So, Buc-E-Cheese.
I have been in one once, now it is a Hard No. I don’t go to the gas station to do my grocery shopping.
I don’t get the cultish appeal some people show to the place, but the food is genuinely good and the bathrooms are very clean. Unfortunately, they are not a “Top Tier” gas retailer, so I don’t put their gas in my car unless I’m in a bind.
I’m a fan, but I’ve always been a sucker for campy type stuff, and that’s where I put it. I think I’ve been three times, but I have a hat, two shirts, as swim suit, and a mug. The logo’s fun, their merch is good quality, and it’s just a fun place to visit. If I had one in town I doubt I’d be there that often.
There are actually a few small (like normal convenience store sized) Bucee’s. They are completely uninteresting.
I remember staying in an Airbnb and on the way home noticing that the firepit there was sold at the local Bucee’s
Damning with faint praise: the best BBQ I’ve had in AL was at the Bucee’s
Mrs. Holiness and I have stopped a few times based on rave reviews by friends in Memphis.
After the last time, we decided that Buccee’s isn’t that big of a deal and we could skip them in the future. The million pumps are nice and the bathrooms are clean, but the food wasn’t that great.
Give it 3 meh’s.
I don’t think the logical arguments for monogamy are very good. If it’s about investments into the relationship, why not only have one friend? The penalty for sex has been obliterated by technology. Why should you care if your partner has other friends?
The argument is entirely emotional. People have an instinctual aversion to it. Can’t we be vaguely embarrassed by this, though? It might be entirely overcome, but I see no reason to valorize it. The vestigial adaptations to the past should be willfully discarded!
https://x.com/captgouda24/status/1918783625060851744
married and monogamous glibs, would you say yourself or your partner would be more averse to opening the relationship?
No, no it hasn’t.
There’s the decreased pair bonding for one (harder to form strong pair bonds if there’s lots of sleeping around to begin with, Q’s various tales reveal strongly that cheaters take their relationships less seriously).
There’s the medical conditions that we don’t have antibiotics for which are always a risk.
And not trivially — there’s the genetic imperative that males want to raise their own offspring, not another man’s — and marriage and monogamy is a better system for that (albeit not perfect). Yeah, you can paternity test at birth… but that raises the hackles of your partner, and doubtless is going to cause conflict if the results are surprising regardless of what the expectations were going in.
Sounds rather like another “Western Civilization favors this — we must destroy it!” argument, really.
Right after you discard your vestigial adaptation to requiring oxygen, jackass.
“The penalty for sex has been obliterated by technology.
No, no it hasn’t.”
What has changed is responsibility & accountability. The penalty still exists. The difference is in modern society we make other people pay the penalty. Be it through welfare, killing unborn, silencing those that would condemn this shit, all we have achieved is more of that penalty, but now imposed on society instead of the people making the mistakes.
Also, he finds the correct answer in the second tweet, in that it is “emotional” and not “logical.” Logic is secondary to the emotional aspect of it, in that it is based on love, a fully emotional concept. If you only go by logic, then you will open yourself to finding work arounds such as cheating while on business trips, that sort of thing.
“Sounds rather like another “Western Civilization favors this — we must destroy it!” argument, really.”
That is exactly what it is. Destroy the nuclear family has always been a central tenet of marxist strategy.
Nicolas Decker needs a solid ass whipping. The ‘wheelchair for six months’ kind of solid.
I remember BLM being open about that part of their platform. In fact they were completely honest about being a commie front group and yet people could not resist throwing piles of money at them. What a racket.
I wouldn’t say either of us are open to it — but I expect if I brought it up my wife would get a mail order degree from the SP Rusty Can Lid Trade School (if she didn’t just go jagged rusty spork)… so I’d have to say “Her”. But again, I’m not at all open to the idea either.
I am sure we are both 100% against any opening of the marriage.
I used to be more against it than she was but after explaining the reasons why I am against it she agreed. I have seen open relationships work but they are extremely rare.
Some must be able to make it work. I have a long time friend whose active open marriage has lasted 55 years now.
It can happen but for a minority.
I have a compromise, old school: The woman is monogamous and the man can go the the local brothel but o side piece and you do not kiss em on the mouth .
I’ve got several friends and acquaintances that have been in long term open/poly relationships. It can work out, but it does require all the participants to be honest about their expectations of the relationship.
One time in a San Diego bar we were dancing and an older attractive woman started hanging out with us.(older is relative: we were early 30’s and she was early 40’s)
After a few drinks she asked me if we would like to go to her house to party, then she looked at my wife and said, “I really like Asian women”.
I turned her down and she said, “but you didn’t ask your wife”.
I told her trust me, I don’t have to. She got mad and left.
When I told my wife later, she laughed and agreed there was no reason to ask her.
not enough cherry gin was consumed that night 🙂
why not only have one friend?
No one has ever gotten hurt feelings when two friends do something together but didn’t invite friend #3.
You get used to being in the outer circle of lesser friends.
actually I do not think that is right there is occasional jealousy in friendships.
When I was a kid, my little sister was friends with two other girls on our block. There was ALWAYS some fight pitting two against one. Always. Even as an adult, I still see this behavior with Mrs. TOK’s friends. I think it’s just a female thing. So bringing in another person into an intense two-person relationship isn’t going to work for long.
Without monogamy that is at least mostly followed, we would be back to the 80/20 arrangement that is common with other species close to us: The top 20% of males mate with 80% of the women. The obvious disadvantages are 1) Most men never get any women at all, and you then have large numbers of disaffected men who have no incentive to work hard and be a good member of society, and 2) Very few women get a man devoted to providing for them; he’s spreading his resources among many other women. If there’s a one-to-one rule, at least there’s a mathematical possibility of everyone getting a mate. Of course the least attractive people will still end up single, but there’s more of a chance.
In addition to that, most attempts to radically “overcome” human nature end in disaster (see the attempts in some communist countries to implement communal raising of children with no special bond between biological parents and kin). The best kind of society would be one where human nature is allowed to exist, but the more dangerous aspects are channeled into healthier things (e.g. the propensity for violence redirected at sports, sex drives redirected into an arrangement that is, in theory, mutually beneficial for men and women).
Of course, people are free to abandon monogamy as a value and have whatever type of relationships they want if they can make it work, and its other peoples’ freedom to disassociate from them if they find that to be morally wrong.
The penalty for sex has been obliterated by technology.
Well, we have cheap and widely available methods of contraception, but when people are in the heat of the moment, most of them are not going to have the wherewithall to shut everything down and run to the store for condoms. There are still kids being popped out every day by people who have no ability whatsoever to care for them, and we still have people passing incurable STDs around like Pokemon cards. So it wouldn’t appear that the consequences have been “obliterated by technology”. Until they invent a brain chip that can prevent the sex drive from engaging until you have taken precautions, that statement will remain incorrect.
This would probably be an appropriate time to use decimated instead of obliterated.
The wrong guy won the first round of the Romanian do-over election. Are they going to cancel the 2nd round of elections again? A Russian somewhere might have made a Tic Tok video.
https://rumble.com/v6szp5l-eu-panic.-simion-wins-big-in-romania-first-round.html
Is that the same guy they already banned or a different one?
All I get from AP is that he is a “nationalist” and a “vocal supporter of U.S. President Donald Trump”. Scary. Do better, Romania.
Georgescu is still banned. One of his allies won this time.
This is the replacement Nationalist for the banned nationalist.
Simion was not really allies with Georgescu last year they had a falling out, they became allies after the canceled election.
And that’s pretty much it.
You forgot the chinaman winning the snooker
Also dude, chinaman is not the preferred nomenclature.
For the last time, I am not going to use “Chinapeople”
chinx it is
Chinxyn.
Chinxyn X?
I just want the over/under on how long it takes before we see the Popemobile with a gun carriage on it in Palestine. I bet three weeks.
It’s already been done.

Gibberish.
I like the honesty of the juxtaposition of the commie and Palestine badges, though.
the Palestinian struggle is a class struggle.
It’s not gibberish. It’s vile plotting to exploit people and turn them to crime and communism. And I hate it.
Disagree. Hillbillies (like my Dad) and countryfolk tend to be conservative and reactionary. Living on the edge causes one to look upon tradition and say ‘nope, ain’t broke, don’t try an’ fix it’. Something mostly city-born and bred revolutionaries rarely get. China and Russia were exceptions to the rule because of the horrendous long-term chaos resulting from the fall of the Romanovs and the Ch’ing that also devastated the countryside. THAT’s when you can get an ‘F it, change can’t be any worse’ attitude arising in the peasantry.
have you tried distributing communist literature there to see maybe it catches on?
1000 yards isn’t just a stare with those good old boys, they shoot to that range.
Better Communists than I have tried and failed.
I was reminded this weekend that I am not young anymore.
My wife and I went to Richmond to see The Dead South, it was a fantastic show.
Then we hit the hotel bar and I had a couple old-fashioneds.
In the room I was drinking peanut butter whiskey and cherry gin with cherry Dr. Pepper.
I was putting 2 oz of each in my drinks and one of each in hers. It is so smooth, there was no alcohol burn at all.
It was late so I went to brush my teeth while my drunk wife was talking to me from the bed. She cut off mid sentence and I found her face down on the pillow.
I checked the time and it was 5:00. WTH?
Waking up at 10:30 to check out was ROUGH.
Driving an hour and a half to our house was ROUGHER.
Lost all day Sunday feeling like ass. Younger me would have just been a little tired.
I am too old for that crap.
I was drinking peanut butter whiskey and cherry gin with cherry Dr. Pepper. – ehm can we revoke glib cards these days? I do not have a direct line of communication the the United States Men Association so I can have man cards removed…
I think 4oz of alcohol with each can should keep the man card in active status.
Sorry Ron.
Quantity over Quality only works when drinking Everclear.
All other cocktails have the Foo-foo factor and PB whiskey and cherry gin pegged the needle. Either of those alone would have gotten you into the red zone, but together? Forget about it.
Hydration is key.
Yes. And I sympathize with Ron. I am too old too. One or two martinis and I have to stop, hydration or not. Tying it on big makes you tired and bloated for days.
Hydration is key, along with food, and the first thing to forget.
But, in Ron’s favor, once past 50, the warranty expires, and it all starts to fall apart. I too have a three beer/two drink limit at this point.
I have an 8 oz limit for liqour which works well, if I remember to follow it.
We were having so much fun, I didn’t think about how much I was drinking.
I had 3 old-fashioneds and 3 cans of cherry Dr.Pepper with 2 oz of peanut butter whiskey and 2 oz of Sour Cherry Gin in each.
Way too much for me anymore.
Welcome to the club Ron. I used to shake off all kinds of things without a thought that would put me in the hospital today.
lol I can’t remember the last time I partied until 5am. Probably a decade ago or more.
I had read that as 5pm.
🤔
Oh no, it was definitely 5am.
But at least you’re stoic about it.
If I drank like that I would end up in the hospital again. What’s left of my pancreas couldn’t take that kind of abuse.
My poor liver is so fat and black it could have starred in the movie “Precious”.
that is probably to -ist and -phobic to even be deigned a response
Morning all.
What does the law actually say? If they keep this up it wont really matter. The blatant attempt to usurp the executive power by the judicial is going to completely destroy the only thing they have – credibility – and at some point they will simply be ignored. This is very dangerous territory.
When I use a word,’ Humpty Dumpty said in rather a scornful tone, ‘it means just what I choose it to mean — neither more nor less.’
Humpty Dumpty forgot that he is an egg.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtmY0hedXxY
It’s amazing how the exact same plot is playing out simultaneously in so many “Western” countries. Almost like it’s being orchestrated or something.
The globalist marxist cabal that told us they planned to kill off 3/4 of humanity, make the rest live in a world where they would own nothing, eat bugs, and that we would be happy (or else), while they became a permanent new hereditary aristocracy, was not just gonna hang it up. When all their efforts to end Trump and message to those that didn’t want their reset that they were gonna do it anyway failed, they didn’t just pack it all up. No. They doubled down on trying to make the bad guys the people that won’t let them do this evil shit.
The left is a bunch of children who have no problem tearing everything down to get what they want. They can follow or ignore the law depending on how useful it is to them at the time. I am a little encouraged though, because it seems like a majority of people noticed all the lawfare against Trump was complete bullshit and voted for him anyway. And despite the pants shitting over the Jan. 6 pardons, people have already moved on from that.
Say No to ‘Banter Bouncers’
Clause 20 of the Employment Rights Bill, now going through the House of Lords, is a dangerous escalation in speech policing disguised as a way to ‘protect’ vulnerable workers. It will force British businesses to monitor the conversations of their customers or risk being sued for ‘third-party harassment’.
That might sound reasonable, but the Worker Protection Act 2024 already makes employers liable for third-party sexual harassment of their employees. What Clause 20 adds is liability for non-sexual third-party ‘harassment’ – meaning offhand remarks, jokes and contentious political views.
It won’t just cover comments directed at employees. Workers will be able to sue over upsetting conversations between customers or members of the public that they merely overhear on the grounds that their ‘protected’ characteristics should shield them from being ‘harassed’ in that way. And they won’t just be able to sue their employers for not doing enough to ‘protect’ them, but for not doing enough to ‘protect’ their colleagues. In an age of hyper-sensitivity, turbo-charging the Equality Act in this way will have mind-boggling consequences.
https://freespeechunion.org/say-no-to-banter-bouncers/
Banter is a relic of a barbaric era and should be banned. When is glibertarians dot com going to do a proper banter ban?
Screw you Pie!
We lost one location (to become a women’s sports bar of all things), but Banter is still here!
women’s sports bar – a sports bar for women or a bar who shoes women’s sports but no one goes there?
Pie:
Honestly, I have no idea. Based on the website, it looks like they prioritize showing women’s sports on the televisions. I have to laugh at the idea of the “first women’s sports bar” though. There’s still some gay bars (that used to be lesbian bars, back when there was a bigger distinction) that have been having watch parties for games (both women’s and men’s) for years.
Banter?

I hardly knew her!
Neph:
All women’s sports bars are quite trendy now. Minneapolis kicked off one with all sorts of fanfare.
Uffda. A Bar of Their Own seems to still be operating, but their hours of operation are questionable.
A women’s sports bar owned by Hiscock? Really?
Like so many other passed in the interest of ‘safety’ it will be enforced selectively.
I think I can guess who it will be used against.
I did not know they could escalate their war on freedom of speech.
No, it does not sound reasonable. Not even a little bit.
My understanding is that the country has no such concept as “freedom of speech”. Certainly not plainly spelled out anywhere. That is why it is so easy to remove what little freedom the poor sheep thought they had.
“This woman is a nut.”
Still on the right side of hot/crazy.
“laws like this have historically been used by law enforcement and prosecutors against communities of color and queer communities, particularly queer men of color”
This shit is so tiring.
Not sure what you are quoting from but I note yet another laughable attempt to mainstream the term “queer”.
It is such an odd thing.
The link in the links, “No, SacBee. Just no. You don’t vocally support pedos like this.”
So I guess if they were confident it would only be used against straight white people, they’d be cool with it?
Yep, that’s it. Once this law gets passed, SFPD will finally be able to start cracking down on the homos.
That will just exacerbate the homoless problem.
Daily Ray of Sunshine
I don’t get it.
You’ve never heard of dog training?
But they have clearly gotten off track.
Did you count how many cars there were?
Originally the train was only going to have eight cars, but then he found one more stray dog. The guy couldn’t bear watching one dog be left behind, so he said, “OK nine it will be be” and built a new car.
I think that’s just loco.
From yesterday’s afternoon links:
We have an offer.
$481,500 from a young almost-married high school sweethearts Catholic couple with horses who have been looking forever and had given up when the property came on the market. They sent a love letter to the property/owners/whatever (I guess this is a thing). It was an answer to prayer. Those people need to direct that letter to ME.
And what happened?
Cunty Aunt Susie hAs To SlEeP oN iT because she DoEsN’t WaNt To MaKe A rAsH dEcIsIoN.
Even her daughter got impatient. “What’s there to think about?”
🤦♀️
I do think it’s yet another delaying tactic, but Mom swears up and down this is what she does every time she’s presented with a decision to make.
I hope in this case that your mom is correct and the sale completes.
What decision does she have, since there’s a partition motion and a offer greater than the asking price. (I think I saw $465K when you put up the Zillow listing?)
Double checking the zillow listing, you are correct in that was $465k.
From what I can tell, she doesn’t believe the motion is an actual thing, and/or she really doesn’t understand what’s at stake, and/or that because she has always gotten her way, she can get it now, and/or she’s grieving because she has to give up “her” place (to be fair, I totally get this). She’s been pushing back and giving us conditions all along as if SHE is the one in control still and WE haven’t also painted ourselves into a corner, seemingly not giving credence to what the partition actually means. She’s had to basically be cornered and told the facts of life, which I don’t know if she believes applies to her or not.
We totally got it, though.
One day, you’re doop-doop-dooping along living your best life in your utopic property. Your sister got sick, but oh, well. She’ll be home any day now as per usual and get back to doing your household administrative chores because you don’t know how to. She’s given up wanting to sell the house and move. Yeah, you had to hound her into buying the property because you couldn’t by yourself, but it’s yours and if your sister dies, oh well, free money. The interior is decorated to your liking, and all is well and peaceful.
The next day, your nephews are asking about the value of the house and getting your sister’s stake out of it, but you can’t afford to do that, and you’re pissed. (You don’t like your niece [or her daughter] anyway. Your niece’s husband and son are just fine.) (And you don’t believe your sister’s dying because all she has to do is put in the work to get better.)
A few days later, you find out your niblings have sued you to get you out of the house and sell it. This means suddenly, you’re gonna be homeless and you don’t know what to do. This means they want to take away your most prized possessions, your property and your horses, away from you. This also means packing, moving, logistics, none of which you’ve had to do for 15 years because your sister’s been doing it all this time and your niblings are at your heels, and you don’t know how. Your sister doesn’t need that money; she’s either going to die (so they say, but you don’t believe that) or maybe probably not be in long-term care, but you figure if that’s true, it’s about $1,000 a month and your sister can afford that easily. All your niece wants is to kill your sister and take the money.
Except what she doesn’t realize is that we would have helped her with all of it, helped her find a place to live, done everything possible to soften her landing—if she just hadn’t gotten nasty straight out of the gate. AND THEN we found out she’d been verbally abusing our mother for years. AND THEN THEN she comes over to my house to visit my bedbound mom and simply sits with her arms folded and glares at her the entire time. AND THEN THEN THEN she trashed my reputation with church members I’ve known long before she came on the scene, which had the knock-on effect of trashing my mom’s reputation with people who said they loved her, when she had nothing to do with it.
She doesn’t know we’re pissed. She doesn’t know why. She doesn’t care. She doesn’t care how Mom’s doing, and she never ONCE asked how she was, not us, not her PCP, not any doctor Mom had. She just berated her to get better immediately if not before, and get her ass home so all could go back to the way it was, thinking there was never going to be an end to…anything about it.
Congratulations on how everything is going.
CAS sounds like a real cunte.
A lot of people freeze up when major decisions need to be made.
Yeah, prospective buyers sending letters to the owners is a thing. I think they can be kind of a tie-breaker?
When we sold our house in West Texas we had two simultaneous offers. One was a young family, and they sent a letter about how much their little girl loved the house (I think it was the loft overlooking the great room). Even though they came in a little higher, we went with the other one because it was super clean and we were relocating. I did feel kinda bad about it, I will admit, but hey, it’s business. If the offers had both had pretty much the same price and conditions, I would have gone with the one that sent the letter.
So… CAS uses a delaying tactic every time she’s presented with a decision to make.
If it’s not her idea, yes.
“‘The White Lotus’ star slammed for ‘distasteful’ Rosa Parks underwear Met Gala outfit: ‘Crazy’
But are any of those figures actually Rosa Parks? The outlet followed up with the brand for clarification — but no names have been confirmed yet.”

Who knows?
Who cares about the Met Gala?
Sadly, the Media Class does.
So – a bunch of nobodies.
Yup. When I see those words it’s an instant Next.
DID YOU NOT SEE WHAT DOJA CAT WAS WEARING?
DO WE GET PICTURES OF DOJA CAT BUTT?
seriously though one hideous outfit 🙂
Nice gams tho.
I dont know what Rosa Parks underwear is. What the hell is that?
You know you are old when most of what younger people say sounds like gibberish to you. I think it is because most of what younger people say is gibberish.
Allegedly a body suit with pictures of Rosa Parks on it.
I dont know what Rosa Parks underwear is. What the hell is that?
Covers the front but not the back?
I thought Rosa Parks grundies would give you carte blanche to sit wherever the fuck you felt like.

Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen and Syria. All under Israeli bombs tonight. If your existence depends on bombing nations 24/7 you shouldn’t be existing
https://x.com/HadiNasrallah/status/1919512849333833969
So… Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen and Syria should not exist?
Of course not, Three of those belong to Rome, one belongs to Afar.
” Deserve’s got nuthin’ to do with it.”
That’s some interesting logic there….
Where does the point that people bomb you because they see you as an existential threat come into play?
I look at that list of targets, and I immediately am reminded of the people that keep saying they are at war with the world and will kill or subjugate us all. If there truly was a chance that we could let them be and they would let us all be too, I wouldn’t be so dismissive of this sort of idiocy. Honestly, i see no solution to this problem other than one side wipes out the other.
And some people need their choice in leaders blocked for a reason.
“The so-called “savior mentality” is now considered by activists and leaders in the field to be a racist, colonialist construct that has resulted in black children in particular being unnecessarily separated from their families at disproportionately high rates.
ACS even commissioned its own unscientific survey called “Racial Equity Participatory Action Research and System Audit” — which was featured on the front page of The New York Times and public radio — and which found the agency to be a “predatory system that specifically targets Black and brown parents” and subjects them to “a different level of scrutiny.”
More than 2,000 children in this country die from abuse and neglect each year and black children are three times as likely to suffer this fate as their white peers.
But never mind that. Progressive doctrine demands racial parity and so children are left in unsafe homes, month after month, year after year ”

This shit is so tiring.
“Progressives” turn everything to shit – film at 11.
film at 11 – which time zone?
Yes they do. Deliberately.
So rhywun, is that by design or simply because stupid people will do stupid shit? I used to think the left had some really smart but totally evil people driving their agenda. These days I think it is some of the dumbest and evilist fucks you could imagine driving that agenda, but the crowd they pander to is actually so degenerately inbred marxist stupid that makes these people setting directions look bright.
“Progressives” have no idea how anything works. -Scott Adams
Eastern.
I think that Scott Adams might be on to something there. Progressives all seem to be very fantasy-prone, ignoring or outright rejecting things like cause and effect, statistics, and repeatable experiment.
EvilSheldon:
There was one progressive friend of a friend that I learned was not worth discussing anything of import with. There was a discussion about taxation, and she actually said, “[Neph], the math all sounds correct, but it doesn’t feel right” as an argument.
“I think that Scott Adams might be on to something there. Progressives all seem to be very fantasy-prone, ignoring or outright rejecting things like cause and effect, statistics, and repeatable experiment.”
If I recall correctly, Scotty P. makes the point that democrats are about emotion and goals, and thus produce horrible systems that not only exacerbate the problem they are trying to fix, but creates new ones. And they see anyone not operating out of said emotions or challenging their goals, questions the systems, really, and/or shows the failure of their systems, as being evil. Because they have the right morals or something.
Truly, the whole “The road to hell is paved with good intentions” thing escapes them.
Is anyone else as amused as I am by the idea of Kash Patel going clubbing?
I keep thinking of Aziz Ansari’s character and his nightclub in “Parks and Recreation”.
Yes. I am curious what Kash’s response is.

Sounds like something I’ve seen on Big Bang Theory.
So there’s an article about Troy’s (an Albany suburb) assistant mayor sending a congratulatory message to Cheeto Hitler back ehn he got elected. This was so heinously offensive that the local pride group is moving its pride parade out of its… location.
The interesting part is that the group is known as “Collar City Pride.” Collar City? Really?
The textile mills were a major industry around this area. You’ll also find the “Spindle City” across the river from Troylet.
Collars at Pride events are usually leather though.
Do Chicago Pride orgs lean into the “meatpacking” bit?
Troy’s Collar City nickname predates this brand of degeneracy.
Overspecialization is a thing.
The real question is: The Sacramento pride festival, why isn’t called the Gold Diggers ball?
Is Spindle City now a manufacturing hub for silicone rubber?
Further evidence as if any were needed that the professional gay set is just another leftist front group.
I remember when gay people just wanted to be left alone..
“Time for another civil suit.”
This is one my my arguments against censorship. We already have laws against libel, slander, fraud, incitement, etc. Those were just fine in the past and they’re just fine now. Now that the USAID money has dried up, I hope these people get sued into the ground.

I took my teammate to Buc-Ees for the first time in Texas. Our driver had a Tesla that needed 90 minutes of charging. At one point he said he needed to unplug the car otherwise they charge him extra fees. My teammate and each other looked at each other and said “Wait 90 minutes already?” So I’d be on the heaven side of this one.
Eugenics is on the rise again: human geneticists must take a stand
Scientists must push back against the threat of rising white nationalism and the dangerous and pseudoscientific ideas of eugenics.
Decades of sociological data demonstrate that racial and ethnic identities, whether self-identified or otherwise, are constructs that are defined and deployed in specific sociopolitical contexts.
Take the degree to which racial and ethnic categories have been altered over the past two and a half centuries in the US Census, in response to political needs and social changes. The term Hispanic, which is now used to refer to people with heritage from Spanish-speaking countries, was first brought in for the 1970 census, in response to lobbying from Latino advocacy groups. In reaction to changing societal norms, the term African American was added to the 2000 census as an alternative to ‘Black’ and ‘Negro’ (with the latter being dropped in 2013, in time for the 2020 census).
Alongside analyses of sociological data, genetic research has repeatedly demonstrated that constructs of descent-based identity, such as race and ethnicity, do not align with discrete biological groupings. It has also shown that their use can exclude those who do not fit into a specific category and obscure substructure in populations, with implications for human health.
https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-025-01297-4?WT.ec_id=NATURE-20250502
yet somehow you can sort of tell a persons grouping by looking at a picture… Also it is kind of funny coming from a publication which I assume supports abortion for certain generic issues, which kinda sorta if you look at it in the right light may vaguely resemble eugenics…
Hispanic has always been a cultural, not ethnic, designation. In the US, 70% of ‘Hispanic’ classified people are White.
To the wokesters absolutely everything is about race except when it isn’t.
If a race based analysis of a situation leads to the conclusion that white people are to blame it is about race. If a race based analysis leads to any conclusion that casts any group other than white people in even the slightest degree of a bad light, then you are a racist for looking at race at all. Replace white with male and replace race with sex as needed.
One could not more perfectly illustrate the different thought of individualists and collectivists. Nor could one give a more perfect example of ‘learned ignorance’.
lol There it is.
You know what else is “on the rise”? Racist claptrap like this article.
Start the nerd fight.

That’s a strange way to spell Heinlein, Niven, and/or Asimov. Although I guess you could say that Star Trek is part of the Known Space universe since Star Trek the Animated Series.
Well, the article was written by a normie, obviously.
Heaton is not normal.
Pat was right. He was always right.
I posted a clip of Pat Buchanan from 2011, and some of the responses deserve a reply. Yes, the collapse was visible long ago. There have always been men who saw it coming.
The demographic unraveling, the cultural rot, the spiritual void were never hidden to those with foresight and a keen sense of history.
But what set Pat Buchanan apart was not just that he saw it. It was that he said it. And he said it clearly, publicly, and from within the system itself. He was not some lone anon screaming from the sidelines, but a presence in the mainstream, on television, in the papers, in the heart of Reagan’s America. That is what made him dangerous.
The book referenced in the video, “Suicide of a Superpower: Will America Survive to 2025?” was not his first warning, but it may have been his last from within the gates. Published in 2011, it pulled no punches. America was breaking apart, and Buchanan dared to say why: mass immigration, the loss of faith, the deliberate dismantling of a once-coherent people. For that crime, for speaking the truth, he was cast out. Fired from MSNBC, smeared by the ADL, blacklisted by the media class that once hosted him. He spoke the truth, and in 2025, we are living through the ongoing decimation he foresaw.
https://x.com/CCrowley100/status/1919569050885038136
I cannot say I know much of anything about this Buchanan fella
O.G. Paleocon. Crypto-antisemite. Neologismphile.
He was the biggest Paleo-con. An actual conservative who wanted to conserve things like our national identity. Also was against the forever war neo-cons.
Yes – Pat Buchanan was right about everything.
I do remember how all the right people seethed with anger whenever he was around. One of the first victims of what we now call “cancel culture”.
I had to cover a rally of his for my high school newspaper in the mid 90s.
I thought he was a nut.
Pat shot himself in the dick with “Let’s put homeless people in work camps”. Saying that to a generation of people who personally liberated work camps in Europe and the children they raised is what I would call an error in judgement.
I’m also not a big tariff guy but it’s true Buchanan was the original neo-mercantilist. He wanted out of trade.
He was ahead of his time. People weren’t fed up enough back then. Same with the neo-con wars he wanted to avoid.
There are arguments to be made pro and con for his other policy prescriptions.
I happened to be watching when he, as a presidential candidate, full throatedly advocated for the work camps for homeless people….I think he floated the idea of putting them in the deserts of Nevada or Arizona. I was taken aback and blurted out “What did he just say?”
Non-stop every day after that he was portrayed in cartoons wearing an SS uniform. I remember one where, in such uniform, he was leaning on a shovel by a pile of coal in front of a large iron oven and asking an emaciated guy in striped pajamas the equivalent of “What? Is that wrong? Should I not have done that?”
I wonder what people would make of that idea today, now that there are vastly more homeless everywhere, and a large part of them are that way by choice.
Not that far off frankly. He was a nationalist and also a socialist. Every other idea involved some massive control of the economy by the government.

Making drinking mandatory.
Walking on the street in Dublin you had to jump over the homeless… Things are not going well.
Also a 40 square meter apartment was 700k euro.
For some reason I always think apartment should have 2 p in it
That was not the case eight years ago when I was there, but I did notice a lot more litter and garbage thrown around than I see in the cities (outside of San Francisco) here.
Mass migration has been an absolute disaster for the entire Western world; the consequences were completely foreseeable and it was done intentionally. To the Commie globalists, it was always about replacing the inconvenient native populations with a more compliant underclass.
If they wanted a compliant underclass, they picked the wrong migrants. They’re going to support their own tribal leaders who’ll behead the globalists.
Also it looks like they’ll be a voting MAGA shortly.
Not if the blob invalidates said MAGA person or party first.
The way that has been working out lately, rhywun, is it helps gain support for the banished party.
AfD is up, Le Pen is up, and so on. It is almost as if there is a problem that people want to solve, and the EU doesn’t want to listen.
That should be “Make drinking mandatory”. Modern problems require modern solutions.
Alcohol abuse is proof God didn’t want the Irish to rule the world.
We would otherwise.
I’ve seen this show before. Next their government has to have a crack down on these “far right extremists”.
Clearly they need to start banning political parties in order to protect democracy.
This story will be repeated across the west. And the commies who cause all of this will be delighted because they thrive on chaos.
Also, I love the counter-protestors immediately leaping to accusations of rAcIsM. They have nothing else.
“Harvard Begins to Confront Its Anti-Semitism Problem”
The two easiest things to do: 1) stop taking zillions from Qatar and Saudi Arabia and 2) get rid of your “Middle Eastern Studies” department/courses which are basically prettied up Hamas propaganda.
The culturally entrenched wokeness that sees Palis as permanent victims of JOO oppression will be tougher to address but doing the first two is a start.
I find it baffling how people are surprised to find out that when you take tons of money from nefarious entities like the CCP, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or the government green machine, their biases will become expected behavior/beliefs.
Yeah, it’s shocking how many universities have actual outposts in places like Qatar. The siren song of petro-billions, I guess.
During Trump’s first term, the local El Salvador community was up in arms because Trump was threatening to remove temporary protected status from the “refugees” who had been here since the 2001 earthquake.
I would think that a refugee program would let in some people for a very temporary time limit with the expectation that they’d return to their home country. Yet 20 years these refugees have been here. And when it is suggested that it is time to return they start wailing about how they’ve put down roots here and how they can’t be expected to go back now.
This is why people have soured on these sorts of programs. It has become apparent that refugee programs are simply amnesty in a different name.
* I think I remember Trump backing off revoking TPS for the El Salvadorans. So they are still here.
Temporary Protected Status should have a maximum term of nine days, extendable to a maximum of eighteen days by act of congress, and twenty-four by national referendum. At twenty five days, it should then become legal to hunt the refugees for sport.
“they start wailing about how they’ve put down roots here and how they can’t be expected to go back now”
Sounds reasonable if they’ve been here 24 years. Some of them probably have grandchildren here by now.
Words have meaning.
Temporary is temporary. It should be gone already.
Go back to El Salvador and apply for entry at the consulate.
Hate to say it, but I’m with UCS on this. As recently as a few years ago, I would have taken a much softer position on the issue, but with how badly people’s compassion has been weaponized and how much the system has been anally violated, I’ve become an unrepentant hardliner.
No visa? GTFO. Don’t care why you’re here or how long you’ve been here. And you’re not a “refugee” if you’ve been here for 20 years. GTFO. On a green card calling for another Holocaust? GTFO. No mercy, no quarter.
Yup.
This is not one I’ve often cared about but enough is enough on this shit.
Refuge doesn’t mean admission. Set up some refugee centers, staff them with people trained to match refugees with countries that might admit them permanently and help the refugee with the paperwork and communication. Meanwhile make the ‘refugees’ work for their keep, have them clean and maintain the barracks to standards enforced by the paid staff, hell have them paint rocks. The handful that are actually seeking refuge will be safe while they find new homes. The vast majority claiming refugee status as a golden ticket to the US will not keep coming if all it gets them is a cot in a barracks in the Aleutians and subsistence rations.
“Words have meaning.”
Technically, meanings have words, and in regards to immigration, the U.S. has no idea what it means. If the government can’t come up with any sort of policy that anyone could follow, you can’t blame that on the immigrants.
Same, but the current situation is the inevitable result of most people coming to that same conclusion.
Do words have meanings? Do meanings have words? Or are words simply actions with meaning, if it exists at all occurring entirely in the mind of the auditor? Thank you for taking me back to the sometimes fun, often heated, but all ultimately pointless afternoons in 500 level Philosophy/Linguistics seminars
Q:
Like you, I used to be much more sympathetic to anyone having to deal with ICE.
Fucking ICE is a hell hole of shitty fucking govt employees. Mrs. Holiness and I had to deal with all sorts of shit from them as we went through the process of making her street legal.
That has changed though. ICE may be fucked up, but we can’t absorb that many new immigrants and I’m tired of being told that I’m evil for thinking that. It is especially irksome to see all or them skate around all the stupid hurdles Mrs. Holiness and I had to jump over.
Here, let me make it simple for you:
Immigrant: “What is your immigration policy?”
U.S.: “We have no fucking idea!”
So, because the United States is not ideologically uniform we default to letting the side hell bent on balkanization win? To be fair to the poor immigrants who are getting mixed messages? No. Admission is a privilege not a right, and I do not prioritize the desire of the immigrant over the very things that make this a desirable destination. Demonstrate that you want to be part of our society, which means assimilating into it, not changing it to suit an egalitarian fantasy, and maybe, but only if we think you will add value, you can come in.
Immigrants are hell belt on balkanization?
They were admitted 20 years ago, and demonstrated they want to be part of U.S. society by being part of it for 20 years.
No, the political side is bent on balkanization. The Democrat side. The immigrants are the tools being used, and living here does not demonstrate that you are part of the society, assimilating does. Which over 20 a year span would include naturalizing.
Much like “asylum” has been abused by economic migrants. Sorry your country is shitty but it’s not our responsibility.
“Robin, this whole issue is being portrayed as really stupid politics by the Democrats. Republicans are asking: Why wouldn’t you want to protect 16- and 17-year-olds?”
REPUBLICANS POUNCE!
“Krell said that this bill wasn’t about cracking down on young people on dates. It was about punishing people who pay for sex with 16 and 17-year-olds[…]We need to understand how Krell and her bill’s co-author, Sen. Shannon Grove, R-Bakersfield, define “payment.” It’s not the stereotype of money changing hands through a car window or left on a bedside table. The bill sought to consider any financial gift that ends in sex “solicitation”. For teens, ignorant of the law, that could mean anything from buying the prom tickets or spotting your date for some French fries”
The next time your wife gives you a blowjob after you take her out to dinner you need to remind her that in the eyes of the CA Dem Party she’s a whore.
If you do not realize that the agenda of the people that have taken over the old gay movement – after the gay people finally got what they wanted – and then weaponized it towards other causes like making pedophilia, transgenderism mental disorders, and even bestiality legal and normal, you are not paying attention. The war on language is precisely so they can soften these things people used to understand were neither socially acceptable or valuable.
We need a criminal code of roughly the same length as the old common law felonies and misdemeanors. We do not need multiple laws targeting the same behavior, and should not have them because a significant purpose of the law is clarity with regard to what acts will place you outside the protection of the society. It does not protect children to add extra laws with extra, poorly defined elements. This is political posturing and the Dems opposing it fell into the trap set for them, which I admit I kind of like, but the law itself is kind of stupid.
Woke up to snow this morning, 3 inches and still coming down. This is wonderful for the forest as we had an extremely dry winter.

Yeah, if Mrs. Hobbit woke up to 3 inches, you are definitely going to have to keep going down.
“Antifa militants try to shut down Riley Gaines, TPUSA event at University of Portland, 5 arrested
Ahead of the event featuring Gaines, a women’s sports advocate and former University of Kentucky swimmer, far-left and pro-Gaza agitators advertised a counter-event to take place as Gaines was set to start speaking. A flyer read, “PSU, stop promoting transphobia! Rally to kick Riley Gaines off campus. Defend trans rights!”

Trespassing, vandalism, menacing and arson. Any assaults? All of these evil fucktards are looking at 10 years, right? Right?
“pro-Gaza”
They misspelled “Nazi”.
I like how the commies are always pushing grab bag of issues. It’s almost like the performative smashing the system is the whole point, not any specific policy.
Purge
Less than a month ago, for example, Hegseth’s Pentagon fired the commander of a base in Greenland, after she refuted remarks from Vice President JD Vance. Days earlier, Hegseth also ousted U.S. Navy Vice Adm. Shoshana Chatfield, the only woman on NATO’s military committee.
The broader purge also includes Air Force Gen. Timothy Haugh, who was both the head of U.S. Cyber Command and the director of the National Security Agency; Gen. Charles Q. Brown Jr., who was chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; Gen. James Slife, former vice chief of staff of the Air Force; Adm. Linda Fagan, the commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard; Adm. Lisa Franchetti; Lt. Gen. Jennifer Short; Lt. Gen. Joseph B. Berger III, the Army’s top military lawyer; and Lt. Gen. Charles Plummer, the Air Force’s top military lawyer.
Several weeks ago, five former defense secretaries — including retired Gen. Jim Mattis, Trump’s first defense secretary — condemned the firings as “reckless.” Their joint letter, addressed to Congress, asked that the House and the Senate hold “immediate hearings to assess the national security implications” of the dismissals.
Hegseth and the administration appear to have ignored the concerns; the purge is ongoing; and GOP leaders on Capitol Hill have scheduled no such hearings.
He’s leaving us defenseless.
Pretty sure no military allows junior officers to ‘refute’ their superiors with impunity
When Clinton won, anyone of us nonrates who said a bad thing about having a draft dodger as Commander in Chief was quickly reminded by a senior NCO or officer that the military obeyed the civilian leadership and we should shut the fuck up.
And it was known that those NCO/officers were not fans of Clinton either, but they were professionals and letting us know how we were expected to act.
But Trump is so uniquely evil they have to resist him!
I remember when Obama’s purge of the military of pro-America officers and replacing them with pinkos was responded to even more aggressively.
We need more officers that will notify enemies before we attack.
They hate Hegseth because of things like this… That criminal military-industrial complex feels threatened.
Well it was a good run, but it is over now. Trump might as well resign now that The Minnesota Music Resistance has arrived to save us all!
I love the idea that they are resisting Trump’s hate because they hate him so much. So some hate is good I guess.
I guess if you can’t afford a Harley to play pretend rebel, you have to join a protest group to pretend you are a badass member of the Resistance.
You can’t parody this level of idiocy. This cosplaying of them being heroic for resisting a straw manned orange villain would be comical if it was not so obvious these TDS infected people would commit atrocities and cheer it all on thinking they are the good guys if they could get away with it.
Mrs. TOK and I had a conversation today about a friend of hers who was in a really bad place mentally, but just told her he’s moving forward with creating a AA type support group at his church and that has already made him more positive. We both pointed out that at one point most people were in some sort of church group or Lion’s Club or something, but now a lot of people are on their phones all day and the only interactions they get are online. I think that’s what we’re seeing here. These people have no purpose or larger calling, and joining “the resistance” is filling that void in their life.
People actually believe (or at least act as if they believe) that hating the correct people makes you morally good.
That moral system must have a name, but I’ve yet to find it.
Kindergarten?
In life, “Front Row” Paul Engebretson championed music and musicians, and railed against the creeping right-wing fascism of the day. After his death from pancreatic cancer in March, Engebretson’s legacy is forever cemented in the fledgling action group he co-founded, The Minnesota Music Resistance.
A kazoo band?
As soon as I see the word “fascism” I immediately check out.
Jay Leno discovers the GR Corolla
Why not? He’s turning the country into a vast open air prison camp.
Reopening Alcatraz is such a quintessentially Trumpian idea that it’s a miracle the president didn’t try to do it before.
Locking down offenders in tiny cells on an island surrounded by swirling, murderous currents would feed President Donald Trump’s craving for macho spectacle.
——-
Recommissioning the Rock would bolster Trump’s own self-styled strongman aura and make him look merciless — the goal behind many White House policies. While liberals are likely to be horrified by the idea, those Trump supporters who respond to his dystopian theatrics might nod their heads and consider it common sense as a new home for the worst of the worst.
The president is not disguising the attraction of Alcatraz as an allegory for his leadership, calling the island “a sad symbol, but it’s a symbol of law and order,” on Sunday. On Monday he recalled for reporters at the White House that the former prison once held “the most violent criminals in the world.”
He should make it a holiday resort for journalists.
Compared to ADX Florence, Alcatraz was a pleasant vacation spot.
This happened on PMSNBC. I am sure that hurt some of the morons pedaling the whole “due process” shit for illegals.
I understand the reasoning for using the Alien Enemy Act. They are worried about the criminals being released and then coming back. But at this point the border is pretty well locked down, and judges are fighting against this, so I think they should shift gears and just use the existing immigration law and just deport everyone like Obama did.
“A dispersal order was issued to the activists by police at 10:30 pm local time in response to the fires. Radicals responded by calling for reinforcements and setting up to attack police officers.”
While I’d take a perverse pleasure in getting all Kent State on their ass, I still have just enough of a moral objection to cops killing people that I’d accept:
1) Any non-citizens deported to the Salvadoran prison
2) Citizens getting multiple books thrown at them and ending up in Supermax 23h lockdown for terrorism
Also: if the Trump DOJ isn’t conducting a RICO investigation to trace the money and go after the ring leaders of this shit then they are a waste of space.
This. Imprison the rioters and go after the financiers and organizers tooth and nail as an organized criminal organization. They have been getting away with this for years. It is past time for that to end.
