My first thought was Sydney Sweeney’s breasts.

    • rhywun

Your first thought is often Sydney Sweeney’s breasts, isn’t it.

      • Threedoor

Not only is it his first thought but as he Firsted.

Bro has a sad I’m sure.

      • DEG

It’s a mystery for the ages.

“I’d rather not DO it — I feel rather strongly about that — but if you want me to, I will!”

    a) Hilarious, this timeline is brilliant. (Everyone dies in the end, but the Capulets /Montagues become good friends!)
    b) Wowza
b.2) Honestly, that’s kinda an admirable thing for a president to say. It’s kinda his job. Not entirely, but kinda.

    • rhywun

      A vast improvement.

      Do it, Donald!

Donny vs Kim Jung, 1 on 1. Biggliest spectator sell out.

No nukes/drones, a game of Horse.

Youth vs Experience and no ringers

      Who would win? Vegas betting?

Give me Rodman, yo. Why not? Dude’d LOVE IT.

Completely opposite my personality type, and yeesh, but. Gotta say. Man could play and played hard.

      • Threedoor

Rodman was chilling on the front axle of a Peterbuilt at the back of the crowd at a Trump speech last week.

My wife speculated that there is more to come with North Korea if Dennis has been summoned.

I don’t need new shoes, but they’re on sale. 😏

    Damn Amazon!

Keen hikers, if you were wondering.

    • Fourscore

Seems like there’s always something on sale that a guy needs, even if a guy doesn’t need it.

      • Threedoor

I needed a Warner cast iron pan at the pawn shop today.

    • Threedoor

I’ll buy two or three pairs at a time as the Keens clear my bad ankle. They changed the model one been buying for over a decade now and it’s got me scared.

      • Evan from Evansville

Ha! I read that as “I’ll buy two or three beers at a time as the Keens clear my bad ankle.”

Was gonna ask wtf is Keens before I realized my silliness. However, were they two or three bears at a time(!), they would make your bad ankle feel better. I froth with wisdom.

        There it is.

I made a little credit card dent during prime days – some stuff I generally purchase that was on-sale, things we actually (not really) needed, and a new Kindle Colorsoft.

      • rhywun

I almost pulled the trigger on Prime to get some big discount the other day but then I found an alternate product with an even bigger discount. Those occasional discounts are really the only thing that might do it for me – I don’t really need the faster shipping or any of that streaming stuff.

      • kinnath

I use prime extensively. We live in the country-side. Shopping is time consuming — even if you know what store is going to have the product in stock and know where it will be in the store.

It’s always easier, always consumes less of my time, and is usually cheaper to buy it on Amazon and wait for it to show up at my door.

I pretty much buy everything beyond the weekly groceries on Amazon.

Today was my first full day in The Vault. There are at least 15 of us. Get a list and go out and fetch the manila folders, each with many numbers and colors to ID them. Get ’em, turn ’em in. Repeat. (Some other odd tasks.)

Pedometer says… minus the dog walk.. about 3.5 miles. Feels like much more. VERY chill place, but busy. This, well this, is something else. Will write about. It’s like a Grown-Up version of picking at Walmart. One lady, black and ~40s, commented on how I talk, in complimentary laughter. A lite version of speaking a bit of Korean in Daejeon. Well, not so light. She openly told me so. (They know nothing about me, yet.)

Three days in? I am .. almost ecstatic with this place. Cautious, still, but it’s kinda shocking, this gig. And my pay. Huh!

Is your employer located somewhere in the past? That was my first task at my present employer almost 30 years ago.

I’ve come to the conclusion that, ultimately, the fraternity is responsible for the Cornell situation. If their membership teams had done a better job weeding out porn-brained beta cucks whose first thought when a hot redhead girl approaches them for sex is “can I invite one of my frat brothers to join? Because I really like having more penises around when I make heterosexual love to a woman”, none of this would have happened.

The frat needs to be filled with alpha chads who can coolly assess the hot and obviously batshit crazy redhead before them, recognize that she is above the hot/crazy line, and either show her to the door or courageously say “damn the crazy torpedoes, full speed ahead.”

    • Threedoor

Yeah having another dude in the same space is wild. Much less inviting them. No thanks.

    • Evan from Evansville

It may have gotten out of hand, but they all did. No one was physically hurt and I don’t at all believe rape-rape occurred. They’re adults. I really don’t give a fuck. Play stupid games?

    • rhywun

I find frats *extremely* weird. Did not participate in that world at all except for one or two keggers when I was still underaged.
