Between nothingness and eternity lies a chasm of consciousness. At least that’s what my fortune cookie told me. In any case, last week was the last game of the NFL preseason and they put a gap in this week before starting up again next week. So this weekend… emptiness. Not a single game. I had to use my time having fine wine, food, and conversation with Prime instead of seeing Lamar Jackson tearing off another 100 yard rushing/400 yard passing performance. The horror!
Though football be empty, there are birthdays today including the subject of a movie so bad that naked hot women couldn’t rescue it; a guy whose work resonated with me; a woman who ruined many generations of kids; a guy who gave me one of the best years of my life; the original and quintessential media phony; a serious writer best known for comedy; possibly the very funniest and filthiest of the old school Jewish comics; the late president of Wakanda; the greatest baseball player I ever saw; the inspiration for Lemmiwinks; a DA who was even more incompetent than Kamala; a girl I tried hard to bang but just couldn’t quite manage; and a professional leech and shithead Jew-hater.
And with that, we proceed to Links, which are not empty.
It took a while to put the pieces back together.
Given the history of their PD, this may not be the bad thing they’re pretending it is.
And silly us, we always blamed the squirrels.
“We can’t let them out-propaganda us.”
“Do you what it’s like to compute millions of foot job fetish erotica stories a second?”
The Old Guy wasn’t quite sure how to react to this. It has it all, great beats, striking vocals, precision playing. If only they drove trucks better…

“Between nothingness and eternity lies a chasm of consciousness.”
Woah, like dude.
Happy birthday Elizabeth Berkley?
Happy birthday William Randolph Hearst?
Happy birthday Rashida Tlaib?
Way too many choices for that one.
Yup. There was no way to narrow it down.
I did demo work in what was to become a Montessori school. Never bothered to look up what it is.
A form of schooling that is probably far better than the Prussian model. I was a bit disappointed when a relative talked about switching her kid back to government-run schools because “socialization” or something.
But I think school is a net negative once they’ve taught basic literacy and math, so I’m a radical on that front.
Some of the montasori stuff is pretty good.
Some of it is batshit crazy.
Still better than the Prussian model which so many homeschoolers try to recreate.
Yea, I’ve heard some of it can verge into the new-age feel-good “no wrong answers ever” kind of stuff. If I had a kid ready to start school though, I think I’d choose literally anything over government-run K-12. I know of a family from Vietnam who are Buddhist but sent their kid to the local Catholic school just because the government-run schools fucking suck so bad.
It’s the Soviet breadline of education: Takes way too long, and even if you get the product, it’s going to be the absolute bottom of the barrel.
the subject of a movie so bad that naked hot women couldn’t rescue it
I don’t remember S.O.B. having a real person as its subject.

HBD Geraldo Rivera?

Happy birthday Leon Moisseiff!
““He is reckless and out of control,” Johnson said. “He’s the biggest threat to our democracy that we’ve experienced in the history of our country.””
They are just going to keep repeating that?
Why not? It seems to be working for him and his ilk, whose only purpose in life is to win the next election and keep the gravy train rolling.
I mean yea, don’t you remember last time when he totally refused to transfer power to the next president? How he.. Um… Bitched about it, then got on the helicopter and left?
He questioned the election results on TruthSocial, so that’s totally the same as those third world countries where there’s a civil war every time a transfer of power is supposed to happen.
a woman who ruined many generations of kids
Happy birthday Eve Ensler!
HBD Margaret Sanger?
Which is odd, since they rarely have trouble confirming the deaths of 60,000 women and children every time a piece of Israeli ordnance explodes within 100 miles of Gaza.

Happy birthday Bruce [the shark]?
Spoiler: it was Warty.
Maybe those black holes identify as non-binary.
“30% of global web traffic now comes from bots”
So that’s why I have to keep proving I’m human.
Next link: “Logo Press & Hold to confirm you are a human (and not a bot).”
I had noticed a lot of traffic on my home web servers. Had not considered it could be AI-based web crawlers.
I wonder if anyone maintains a IP blackhole list for Meta and Google’s AI farms, like there is a blackhole list for spam-factory mails servers.

Here’s a start.
Perplexity is using stealth, undeclared crawlers to evade website no-crawl directives
Bitch set her up!
Since we’re all friends, we’ll politely take Hamas’ word for it that there’s actually a famine occurring in Gaza, and that it’s America’s responsibility to ameliorate it.
We’re responsible for everything.
Ever notice that solution to every problem, real or imagined, is the same ?
We should set up a ngo.
Actually, no they do not. Look up the history of every war ever, ignorant Democratic Sens. Ruben Gallego (Ariz.), Tim Kaine (Va.), Peter Welch (Vt.) Mark Kelly (Ariz.) and Elizabeth Warren (Mass.). There is no obligation whatsoever for a nation at war to give aid and comfort to its enemy.
Giving aid and comfort to the enemy….dont we have a word for that?
The only obligation is to kill enough of them that they stop fighting.
And make sure it’s humiliating enough they never fight again.
Or just go biblical on them and kill every male over the age of 10

“In reality, opponents point out, the current generation of AI is nothing more than extremely complex statistics — detecting patterns in training data like written materials or imagery so subtle that it can reproduce similar patterns going forward. That can produce a compelling imitation of consciousness, but there’s no reason to believe the AI has any actual experience of existence, the way that humans do.”
I can say the same about all of you.
Honestly not as good as it usually is, but still a few funny ones.

When we were about 16, one of our miscreant gang worked at Goodwill, where somebody had dropped a bulletproof vest in the donation box for some fucking reason. He requisitioned it for his own use.
We took turns wearing it while being shot with C02 BB pistols. Looking back, that definitely took the trophy for “dumbest thing I ever did”.
But doing it with real guns takes the cake.
Cuck.

I searched “female cuck” and was provided with this helpful summary:
Pat is correct.
And it is good to see a little variety in the cuck stories from Q. I was starting to wonder about him.
I think “cuck” is secondary to “gerontophobic neurotic narcissist ” in this particular case.
Definitely on the wrong side of the crazy line, no idea if hot or not.
““A small uptick in cow’s milk intake is, obviously, not tantamount to the calamities that have been unleashed over the last six weeks in American politics,” wrote Vox’s Marina Bolotnikova back in March. “But it does likely sprout, at least in part, from the same vibe shift that’s given us butter-churning, homestead-tending tradwives, an unscientific turn against plant-based foods, and a movement to destroy public trust in vaccines.”
…
Dairy consumption is inherently political, whether that concerns federal dietary guidelines or the environmental ramifications of drinking more cow’s milk. As explained by Bolotnikova, consumers have been opting for cow’s milk due to inflation (cow’s milk is cheaper than any plant-based milk sold in stores) and a growing skepticism of so-called ultra-processed foods — food choices that are furthering the conservative agenda.”

SCIENCE!!
Are they letting Amanduh out of her padded cell again? Tsk tsk.
While she’s the Nolan Ryan of crazy, Salon has a deep bench.
Everything is hyperpolitical to these people. It’s so tedious.
No, you’re just severely mentally ill.
May I just say though, that’s it’s been utterly fucking hilarious watching the ultra-lefty hippie crunchy chicks who used to oppose Big Pharma, blame refined sugar for their misbehaving crotch goblins, and insist on paying 3x the price for food with a meaningless “organic” label slapped on, suddenly turn into boosters for vaccines, sugar, and “frankenfoods” to pwn the cons.
Am reminded of a True Believer on a local reddit who was claiming that the local hippie chain was cheaper than Big Supermarket. The truth can be staring these people in the face and they just refuse to see it. It’s truly remarkable.
“Dairy consumption is inherently political”
Oh, just fuck off already.
We came across a guy at the farmers market yesterday selling non-homogenized milk for $5.50/gallon and cheddar for $6/lb. Today I’m making cottage cheese.
I haven’t purchased milk in probably 3 or 4 years, but it was substantially cheaper than that the last time I looked. The cheddar, on the other hand, sounds like a steal. A 2 pound brick of Tillamook runs me $14 at El Big Box Grocer.
Dairy consumption is inherently political
When “political” for a person goes way, way beyond just religion.
I encourage these people to cook with seed oils and to go vegan.
I assume “plant-based foods” here means fake meat products made from various plant extracts and seed oils, and not “fresh fruits and vegetables”.
They can consume all the inflammatory secondary compounds in the brassicas and night shades they want.
Enjoy the joint pain lefties.
Best case scenario is that “plant-based meat” tastes like nothing at all. Anything short of that, and you’re chewing on “meat” that tastes like a diseased chicken that was born out of Satan’s asshole.
And it annoys me that there’s so much great vegetarian food out there, but people step over all of that to pretend that this patty of shredded cardboard and expired mushrooms “totally tastes exactly like a hamburger”.

The cost of energy hasn’t meaningfully changed in the 8 months since Trump became president, and his energy policy has been to allow expansion of supply, but sure, “I can’t afford to keep the A/C on 62 on my SSI” is “energy poverty,” and it’s Trump what done it 🙄️
According to DDG, approx 500,000 per year heat deaths (consistent with number cited in article). Approx 4.6 million cold related deaths per year. So again, lies, lies, lies, yeah.
Wasn’t this a good thing a couple of presidents ago?
“Under my plan … energy rates would necessarily skyrocket.” ~B. Obama
I’m betting most of those households are in California. Thanks Gavin!
More classic projection.
Guess where all the highest energy prices are, The Guardian? Go on, I’ll give you a minute to think about it.

It’s going to be 105 today.

I suppose they settled on that as the most-heart-string-tugging option to try re-open any kind of deliveries, so there is some vector for arms smuggling. But I see “baby formula” and I immediately think of the Iraqi “baby formula” factory that GHWB bombed in ’91. Baby formula is inextricably linked with illicit munitions to me.

The United States, unique among the nations of the earth, has no right to enforce its borders. This is known.
I’m no fan of masked government agents either, but unless the DOJ is willing to hold doxxers to account, I understand the practice.
Same.
It’s almost like it is a direct consequence of the rabble-rousing of Democrat Representative John Larson of Connecticut and like-minded fans of illegal aliens.
There are efforts afoot to supplement robots.txt with llms.txt files. This is a proposed standard to provide LLM-friendly content that LLMs can access without compromising the site’s performance. Not everyone is thrilled with this approach, though, and it may yet come to nothing.

O’Neill was an early supporter of Kennedy’s Make America Healthy Again movement and a vocal critic on social media of the CDC’s role during the pandemic. His social media handle on X is @HHS_Jim.
In the past, he has expressed very strong libertarian views. For instance, he has said he thinks people should be able to be compensated for donating human organs to help incentivize more supply. He made that point in a speech to The Seasteading Institute in 2009: “Eleven people every day die while waiting for a kidney that could save their life. And there are plenty of healthy spare kidneys walking around, unused.”
It’s notable that he’s not a physician or a scientist. Monarez, who held other roles in government, has a doctorate in microbiology, and most CDC directors have had medical degrees. O’Neill’s background concerns Dr. Deb Houry, the chief medical officer of the CDC who resigned this week.
“You can be a great administrator but you do need to at least have a knowledge of how you’d handle an outbreak or an emerging pathogen,” Houry told NPR.
Libertarianism is a disease.
The hilarity here being that determining how to handle an outbreak or emerging pathogen is inherently an administrative rather than scientific function. Houry should consult an economics specialist to explain economic specialization to her.
They did such a great job in 2020.

Point being, nobody bitching about RFK was bitching about Shalala (Clinton) or Sebelius (Obama) or Beccera (Biden).
Now, suddenly you need to have a board certification for your positions to be valid.
A female cuck is referred to as a “cuckquean,” which describes a woman who derives pleasure from her partner’s infidelity, often encouraging or accepting it.
Maybe she’s just glad to see him pestering somebody else with his base animal urges.
The Trump administration has been working on plans to send the national guard to Chicago, something Johnson and JB Pritzker, the governor of Illinois, have said would be an abuse of power.
Maybe Pritzker and Johnson can erect a stage in front of one of those “asylum seeker” hotels and proclaim “Illegal immigration now, illegal immigration tomorrow, illegal immigration forever!”
I actually do think it’s a gross abuse of power, but in a world where it was OK to send in the National Guard to enforce federal civil rights law by chaperone 9 black students, it’s difficult to say exactly why sending in the National Guard to enforce federal immigration law is Nazism.
Today’s President Cartoon Villain talking point: he’s stripping the government of “expertise”.

The scientific community needs a viable, dependable NIH for the U.S. to advance scientific discoveries. Reckless cuts like these will do much more harm than good. Personally, it has been difficult accepting that I must move to Germany, as family from both sides emigrated from Europe to seek a better life here in the U.S. My great-grandfather on my mother’s side moved to avoid being enlisted into the German Imperial Army in WWI, and my great-grandfather on my father’s side emigrated from nazi-occupied Poland during WWII to avoid dying in the concentration camps. Yet here I am, in some twisted sense of irony, going back to Germany to advance my career in hopes of a better life.
Regardless, I’m grateful I still have some say in my fate, and I’m absolutely determined to make my move to Germany work. I’m confident that I will be able to generate science on par with any American lab I would have joined under better circumstances.
Absent unlimited government funding, there is no science.
Hey! He got back just in time for Germany to start WWIII. Let’s hear it for family continuity!
My great-grandfathers fled Germany for reasons of war and no-shit oppressive governments engaged in no-shit real genocide, a word my fellow travelers are intent on stripping of meaning, BTW. I’m fleeing the US because the current government is refusing to provide me Welfare for the Credentialed which, really, is the same as war and concentration camps. Behold my MORAL purity and Authority! GIMME FREE SHIT, I’M SMAHT AND OH SO VIRTUOUS!
Oh, is he going to enjoy Germany and the current flavor of oppression!
Yes, he probably will. It is, after all, the *correct* sort of oppression. And as long as he keeps getting his welfare check.

So in american traffic law eho would you say is at fault here?
https://www.reddit.com/r/AutomobileRO/s/yrrbkzHhbM
Guy on the outside was driving like a total asshat. However the guy in the inside pulled across his lane and caused the accident.
^This. If a 2 lane turn is marked as such, you stick in the lane that brung ya.
I think the impatience was due to the front car sitting on a green. At the start of the video another car from the left lane had made the turn and is long gone before either of these cars made the turn. I understand the 2nd cars asshattery. This is front car all the way.
They’re both assholes.
Yes.
The Italians.
I’d like to see a Caligula remake, but written for River Phoenix’s brother (who has some experience with sword & sandal films).
The tagline could be “these boots are made for Joaquin.”
Saving the world
An Australian state will ban fish-shaped soy sauce containers, as part of a wider ban on single-use plastics.
The iconic containers have become a staple in many Asian restaurants and takeaways around the world, shops and businesses in South Australia will be banned from selling or distributing them from Monday.
“Each fish-shaped container is used for just seconds, yet remains in the environment for decades or centuries if littered,” Environment Minister and Deputy Premier for South Australia, Susan Close, said earlier this month.
Maybe we should ban Australians.
What the hell happened to them? They were like the Texans of the Commonwealth at one point and then they just went full prog?
I have the same question.
Victoria feels shame for another state out-progging them for a change.
So in american traffic law eho would you say is at fault here?
The car following is always at fault. Especially since he was impatiently trying to pass the car ahead.
The front car was asleep at the wheel. Another car had made the turn well before either of these started moving. Also, when making a lane to lane turn with multiple turn lanes, you are required to stay in your lane. I was hit in a similar fashion (right hand turn with 2 lanes, I was the outside lane) and it all fell on the other guy who was also written a ticket for failure to maintain lane.
At the moment of impact, they were side by side; neither car was following.
Right hand lane is at fault. The other guy made a perfectly cromulent lane change before the turn, and stayed in his lane. Right hand lane drifted into the other lane. Now, other guy could have kept it zipped up for a few more seconds, sure, but wasn’t obligated to, with an open lane next to him.
Intredasting
Explains a few things, though
Interesting it took a week or so to identify the other car occupants. Regardless of who was killed, the driver and issueing agency is very much still negligent.
What does that mean, not so simple?
Yeah, it is simple.
Thinking that people horrified by the accident will suddenly say “well that changes things….” its stupid
Exactly right
What surprised me is that the minivan driver didn’t seem to have been trying to stop.

Health emergency
Bernie Sanders has joined in on growing public calls for Donald Trump’s health secretary, Robert F Kennedy Jr, to resign, after recent chaos across US health agencies.
In an op-ed published in the New York Times on Saturday, the Vermont senator accused Kennedy of “endangering the health of the American people now and into the future”, adding: “He must resign.”
“Mr Kennedy and the rest of the Trump administration tell us, over and over, that they want to Make America Healthy Again. That’s a great slogan. I agree with it. The problem is that since coming into office President Trump and Mr Kennedy have done exactly the opposite,” Sanders wrote.
Sanders pointed to the White House’s firing of Susan Monarez, the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as four other top CDC officials who resigned in protest this week after Monarez “refused to act as a rubber stamp” for Kennedy’s “dangerous policies”.
“Despite the overwhelming opposition of the medical community, secretary Kennedy has continued his longstanding crusade against vaccines and his advocacy of conspiracy theories that have been rejected repeatedly by scientific experts,” Sanders wrote.
Millions of innocent public health experts will starve.
The ‘ol commie says we cant fire the Kommissars. Imagine that.
When I seek sage advice the first person I think of is Bernie Sanders.
conspiracy theories that have been rejected repeatedly by scientific experts
The “experts” who notably demonstrated during COVID that they are anything but? Fuck them. It’s an injustice that any of them still have jobs.
RFK might say some conspiratorial stuff – I haven’t done a deep dive into every statement of his – but the compulsively-lying “experts” don’t get to complain about that.
Sanders went on: “The reality is that secretary Kennedy has profited from and built a career on sowing mistrust in vaccines. Now, as head of [the Department of Health and Human Services] he is using his authority to launch a full-blown war on science, on public health and on truth itself.”
I know you are, but what am I?

“Already, the Trump administration has effectively taken away Covid vaccines from many healthy younger adults and kids, unless they fight their way through our broken health care system. This means more doctor’s visits, more bureaucracy and more people paying higher out-of-pocket costs – if they can manage to get a vaccine at all,” he wrote.
Muh snake oil!
Unlike before when you could get it from vending machines?
Also, you are entirely free to opt-in to participate in the world’s largest uncontrolled scientific experiment; the only thing that’s happened is that it’s no longer compulsory.
It is known people won’t do anything unless we are told by our benevolent masters to do it.
“taken away Covid vaccines from many healthy younger adults”
There is no evidence they do anything for healthy younger adults.
Plenty of evidence that they do things too young healthy adults.
Sure therre is. Dont. you remember the spate of HS and College athletes dropping dead?
To quote Tony the Sign Maker: Oh No! Anyway…
Perhaps the solution is advocate for a system where you don’t need federal permission to take whatever snake oil you want to voluntarily. Maybe a system where you didn’t have to participate in government controlled guilds imposed by and on your employer to pay for whatever ‘medication’ you wanted. Where your ‘health’ provider wasn’t beholden to the guild and their masters under threat of expulsion from the guild and, potentially, imprisonment, if they deviated from the revealed truth passed down from the sanctified guild masters in their bright white vestments.
Nah, that’s just madness. You really just need to control the guild at all times so that the coercion and control of the purse strings is ALWAYS in your hands. Much more lucrative that way, both financially and psychologically.
Oh, now the FDA saying what drugs are available, and to who, is a bad thing?
Fastidiously apolitical
From the president’s perspective, he’s looking to reform what has been an unpopular institution, often blamed for the runaway inflation that hit the U.S. following the Covid pandemic. Trump sees lower interest rates as a pathway to manage the swelling federal debt while boosting a housing market that has been a counterweight to an otherwise growing economy.
However, legal scholars as well as financial market experts and present and former Fed officials say Trump’s moves not only threaten to make the Fed more political but also would undermine key pillars of the American financial system.
“We are on a road that is going to lead to the erosion of central bank independence,” said Kathryn Judge, a professor at Columbia Law School. “It would be incredibly costly for the long-term health of the economy for the Fed to lose the credibility that it has spent decades trying to build.”
Ivory tower eggheads, serenely oblivious to petty political concerns.
” Fed to lose the credibility that it has spent decades trying to build.”
Perhaps “trying” is the right word here. As I recall, the Fed has been under attack from the beginning with its credibility being challenged by whatever Party was not in power – Greenspan by the Dems, Ron Paul demanding audits, (((Rothschilds))) behind the scenes pulling strings, etc. etc. Too late to raise rates, too slow to lower rates, lack of transparency.
I agree with all of that. I still don’t want any president, in effect, setting rates.
I would like the Fed to collapse under its own pomposity and then rates can be set by banks based on the risks they wish to take.
I would also like a pony.
The Fed effectively sets the lower bound on the cost of funds to banks and other financial institutions. As that cost goes up and down, as a secondary effect the cost of retail and commercial funds may follow suit, more or less. But that cost always also includes risk of inflation and risk of default.
“Hamas-backing Qatar has bankrolled film and stage projects by socialist Zohran Mamdani’s Israel-bashing movie-director mom — and one of its royals is now pushing her son’s mayoral bid, The Post has found.
Sheikha Al-Mayassa bint Hamad Al-Thani, sister to the ruling emir, and the state-funded cultural institutions she controls, have supported Mira Nair and her creative projects since at least 2009, even extending a personal invitation to participate in the cultural program the country organized as part of the festivities around hosting the 2022 World Cup.”

I think you mean Congress.
Trump pushed for and signed off on the now-permanent COVID “emergency” funding.
Although some of the line items may have gone away, the money was mostly simply shifted elsewhere.
“The most serious danger, I think, to people’s being able to have confidence in the Fed board is what Trump is himself doing,” said Robert Hockett, a professor at Cornell Law School. “Because if Trump succeeds with this, then it suggests the Fed board is nothing but a rubber stamp. It just basically tells us that any nutjob who happens to get into the White House will be setting monetary policy henceforth.”
AOC for President!
That has never happened before! Panic! Panic!
Finally, instructions I can follow.
Delta agrees to pay $79M to settle lawsuit after jetliner dumped fuel on schools
Remember when kids would play in the kerosene contains the DDT that the mosquito trucks were spraying?
Bonus.
The entire fuel load is 160 tons. 35,000lbs of which some amount needed to be jettisoned for landing. Quality fucking journalism right there.
They should have done the responsible thing and crashed the plane into an NEA event.
Lily ate NA’s tarot cards.
Huh? I’ve been lead to believe (by Democrats and other left-wing types) that there’s like 100 other countries between there and here with vastly superior healthcare systems to our own. Maybe send them to Cuba instead?
I would like the Fed to collapse under its own pomposity and then rates can be set by banks based on the risks they wish to take.
I would also like a pony.
Next you’ll tell the Federal Reserve Bank has been propping up the bond market to keep a ceiling on interest rates for well over a decade. Because it’s immune to politics.

Why didn’t you people tell me Panasonic is back with teevees for the NA market?
They make great sets.
I want a simple TV, with no apps built in. As near as I can tell, they simply aren’t sold that way anymore.
Explore panels used for businesses in the commercial AV market.
Last time I checked they were 2X the cost and used the same panel as the consumer sets. The UI was crap free and had more granular controls.
But not worth it. Easier to not use the connected features and deal with the shit UI.
You have to go with trash off-name brands, or really expensive commercial TVs (and even most of those include spyware now). I went with the former because I’m a cheapskate. Paid more for a 55″ Sceptre than an equivalent Samsung with the spyware included.
Imagine not refreshing the page before replying. Couldn’t be me.
They are not.
Oooh, wonder if they’ll re-open the Panasonic plant in my town that closed a couple decades ago. Wait, it’s a garage door factory now, too late.
I worked at a factory that was about 75% staffed by laid-off Panasonic employees. Some guy told me a story from the Panasonic days where a small group of friends had discovered some glitch in the timeclock where you could make it give you a huge amount of extra overtime hours on your check. At first only a few people knew the steps to make it do that, but then they started telling others, and the number of people doing it grew exponentially. The company eventually noticed the implausible increase in hours worked and shut down the whole scheme (not sure what disciplinary and/or legal actions were taken).
This is pretty remarkable.

Shouldn’t have given Van Gogh his ear back, though.
Vincent is a straight up player.

There apparently is no such thing as a dumb teevee anymore.
Correct, and it is doing a lot more than you think it is Winston.
All I watch on my “smart” TV is YouTube and occasionally a Blu-Ray… I wonder if I could just get a cheapo mini-PC with Linux, a gigantic monitor, and some kind of remote.
The Blu-ray is problematic because of the copy protection. So you’d need a cheap player.
I love my Nvidia shield TV. It retired a Win 7 media center PC. They don’t sell your data, but the apps you install will as will Google if you stay signed in. But sign out and use the app below and no tracking.

It’s how I consume tv.
A Raspberry Pi 4 with LibreELEC is sufficient in my case; you may need something with more GPU for 4k. You can use any media remote with FLIRC.

My new monitor, which I am looking at right now, is a 32″ TCL teevee. 1080p, speakers, et c. ~$120. Substantially less than a real monitor with no sound. It’s not connected to my wifi.
IFLA is up.
Thank you, Tonio! 🙂
