That’s all I got for today. I’ll leave you with a song and move along with my day.

“Good morning one and all to another wonderful day! ”
Too soon.
New days will come regardless of whether you are ready for them.
Some brand new days are worse than others…
This Monday came an hour later than last.
This Monday came an hour later than last.
Sadly, my dogs do not recognize the clock change, so they still wake up on DST.
SDF-7 I love that occasionally people can make a living having fun. God bless the Internet.
Happy Monday, Glibronis!
Will it also force these obese welfare queens off the program and save it for people who are in actual need?
The people claiming that they are in need are the politicians that get votes from this criminal abuse..
Only thousands?
I’m hoping that’s a typo and they meant millions, but, I know better.
See the article – they haven’t even looked at blue states yet, because those states refuse to hand over data.
Musk was on Joe Rogan recently. At about the two hour mark, he talks about SSA records where the person is alive and is either too old (oldest American is 114, you’re older than that, something is wrong) or is born in the future. There are about 20 million of these records. Musk doesn’t say how many are fraudulent as opposed to typos. He says a simple check should answer that question. Once you eliminate the typos and errors, you have the fraud.
Not all of these people with impossible birthdays are receiving SS payments, however, since this DB is the source of truth for all government DBs, it has a ripple effect through all government departments and benefits.
And Musk was forced out before any permanent meaningful DB cleanups or cuts were made.
And Musk was forced out before any permanent meaningful DB cleanups or cuts were made.
Two things from the interview:
Musk said the most surprising thing about cutting fraud was the pushback he got from Republicans. He went thinking all the fraud benefited Democrats, and he learned that isn’t so. To be clear, there is more fraud benefiting Democrats than Republicans. I remember a different interview with Musk where he said there were powerful constituencies preventing spending cuts, and I wonder if this is what he was talking about.
Musk said that his time in the White House was limited from the start. Trump brought Musk in as a special employee. There is a statutory limit on how many days he can work.

“In a few short months, the National Counterterrorism Center says it’s helped prevent 6,525 known or suspected terrorists (KSTs) from entering the U.S.”
How could they know?
“I have a list…”
more than one
You’d better look into some counter-flooding there, JI… then look to patch the hull.
Don’t forget, Tulsi Gabbard was on one of those lists.
How many unknown or unsuspected terrorists got in? Those are the ones to worry about.
“There are exactly 5,757 card carrying terrorists!”
That is literally the first Link above.

I hope he wasn’t surprised.
They take their holidays super seriously.
if you look at how the cartels respond to anyone threatening their rackets, you will see why democrats behave the way they do too.
They are simply crime syndicates pretending to be the ones that care.
“USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins Says SNAP Will Be Drastically Reformed After Thousands Of Illegals Removed”
I saw evidence there were close to 18 million people on SNAP before team Obama 3.0 took office, and when they left there were over 41 million people on it. When they asked the states to provide data of whom was on it (and added) all 21 blue states went into a tizzy and 2 of them even sued the feds to prevent that from becoming public knowledge. These people are evil and crooks. They are vote buying (while stealing most of the money for themselves too) with our tax dollars. This shit is criminal.
If you are able bodies you should be working. There is no right to any of the shit the left demands they get for free. Cause if food is a right then so is sex. Put out bitches!
I don’t understand why the blue states who refuse to comply with the directive to remove illegal aliens from the welfare rolls are still getting any money? That is obviously where the great majority of fraud is occurring.
Get on it, Donald.
Some judge will block it?
How many divisions does the judge have?
Fourscore gets it.
They have orders of magnitude more to remove. Probably 25% or more of the people snarfing up SNAP bux are non-citizens.
And Allah only knows how many tens of billions are spent on Medicaid for non-citizens.
““We never said it was disinformation. We said it was Russian influence operations, which is what they do. There’s a big difference,” he said.”
It wasn’t that either.
Correct.
It was 100% real and just a case of a rich crackhead forgetting to pay for work done to his laptop.
This man is a fucking liar. They all KNEW it was not just legit – the FBI had confirmed the laptop was Hunters, and ALL the content was his already a year before that letter – but they wrote a legalese letter to make it look like it was a Russian ops to help rig the 2020 election. Nobody in the intelligence controlled legacy media did any research and just parroted the talking points. Idiots believe that Russia shit that was all invented by the DNC and the Hillary Clinton cabal is real even today.
Yes, and because they put in enough weasel words in the letter, they can honestly say they didn’t call it a Russian operation outright. It was the news media who did.
The man is consistent – lying all the time.
/Nods..
Everyone involved in that treasonous coup attempt needs to be fitted for an orange jumpsuit at the very least – and that’s being generous.

Oh for God’s sake… you know what else goes with long half-lives? Relatively low dosage levels… IIRC (and it has been decades), Pu-239 is an alpha emitter. Don’t get it on your skin, most certainly don’t breathe in particles (which is why that it was found in an air filter is concerning…), but otherwise… shielding it is pretty easy.
Ok… says some chance of gamma (honestly don’t remember the decay path that would lead to that… but there must be one), primarily alpha as indicated. So yeah… don’t breath it, clean it up and find it SF… but don’t act like you’re about to get Blinky the 3 eyed fish or something.

I particularly love Microsoft’s Bill gates suddenly admitting the whole climate racket was just that now that he needs power for the hundreds of data centers they need to create our new AI overlords. I guess he gave up on using climate change as the main driver to murder off 3/4 of humanity, and believes AI will do it for him?

Great article – one paragraph says Paramount bought her sub-stack and put her in charge despite having no previous experience in news. The following photo then tells us that before she started her sub-stack, she worked for the The New York Times, which I took as confirmation that they are not a legitimate news organization.

“US District Court Judge Karin J. Immergut ruled on Sunday that President Donald Trump likely lacked the authority to federalize the National Guard and surge troops to protect the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Portland, which has been the site of constant “unlawful” demonstrations since June 7.
Judge Immergut, appointed by Trump, extended the preliminary injunction, deciding that the president would likely not meet the merits to federalize the National Guard under Title 10 section 12406, which permits federalization under certain circumstances, such as invasion, rebellion, or when federal laws cannot be executed. A final decision on the injunction will be made on November 7, per the order.”

Isn’t “federal laws cannot be executed” exactly what is happening?
That’s only how it looks to people who are paying attention and don’t want the idea of Antifa to somehow manifest into rock-throwing, laser-shining violent mobs or something.
Pretty sure the president’s decision regarding disposition of the armed forces is not subject to judicial review under the constitution.

“So how does the county know who has allegedly broken the law? “Humboldt implemented a system to enforce cannabis-permitting violations that relies primarily on grainy satellite images,” wrote attorneys for Thomas in a writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court. The effort, they say, is part of the government’s desire to cash in on cannabis after the state legalized the drug.
“Code-enforcement officers scour the images for what looks like unpermitted development on a property (e.g., a greenhouse, a building, a graded flat of land, or trees removed without a permit on record),” they write. “The County then presumes, without any evidence or further investigation, that the landowner must have developed their property without a permit because they were growing cannabis. In Humboldt’s view, there’s just no other reason that someone might not buy a permit before building a shed, a barn, or a greenhouse in the rural countryside.””

So, everyone involved in this extortion scheme should be rounded up and put on a chain gang repairing rural roads until they die. The roads don’t even need to go anywhere, just keep them away from authority.
Oh, and being a code enforcement officer is now a form of treason as it violates multiple constitutional rights of the people.
All I can think… I mean really… now you need a permit to cut down your own stupid trees? What next… that sapling trying to grow beside the mailbox? Need a permit before you deal with that peasant! Might affect the drainage! Planting a shrub? Papieren, bitte!
At what point does the maple seedling become a tree that I need a permit for? And would some people get fined for removing sprouting seeds from their gutters?
…do you have a permit for growing trees in artificial containers?
You remove the sprouts from your gutters, get fined.
You leave them in and you aren’t maintaining your property. Get fined.
In my neighborhood you need an HOA permit to cut down anything with a trunk more than 8 inches in diameter – even if you already have a permit from the City (which is required for I believe 12″ in diameter). Most of the time the HOA will approve it but the few who don’t incur their wrath.
Before clicking I looked for humboldt county to see which state. There are a few states with a county by that name but I saw CA is one of them. I knew it would be CA in this story.
*clicks link*
Now how on earth did I know that?
That’s funny, I have a poster in my basement that my FIL gave me. It’s from the 60’s, for an event by the Humboldt County Grange, and it lists Tim Leary, Jerry Garcia, and a bunch of other big names as speakers/judges. Probably a replica but it’s fun.
The satellite images are no longer grainy. I’m sure imaging companies are supplanting those with aerial or UA imagery. And add automation, er AI, on top of it to detect changes. Package it up and sell it to jurisdictions.
Welcome to the actual dystopian panopticon. Not one where political activities are the primary focus, but where every minor aspect of your life is monitored, analyzed, and critiqued. “Winston, stretch lower!” And employers (or rather the micro managers) are doing the same at work. I’m happy I’m on the downward slide of everything, rather than a kid starting out. Even if the kids starting out aren’t aware that the pot of water is getting warmer and are fully loving splashing around in it.
So much this.
Younger generations are getting fucked every which way beyond belief.
My county is supposed to do property inspections every five years.
I’ve owned the place for 13 years. No deep holes have been dug in that time.
They supposedly donit via satellite images. It’ll be another three years at earliest that they find my patio has doubled in size.
“It seems to be a common theme that judges are becoming more political in a time of great division. The role of a judge should be that of impartiality by simply applying the facts of a case to the law.
A Justice of the Maryland Supreme Court has brought serious attention to himself because of a Halloween display in his front yard that has numerous political themes. The liberal bias that is clearly on display may bring into question a judge’s ability to objectively rule from the bench.
Justice Peter Killough, an appointee of Governor Wes Moore, has taken heat for a display that promotes leftist ideology.”
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/11/leftist-maryland-state-supreme-court-justice-takes-heat/
Seems like it is only going to get worse.
Personally, I would recommend that judges apply the law to the facts of a case.
Why be a slave to the law when you can force your personal opinions on others?
So much that…
If you understand team blue is about power, and the law is to be used as a tool towards that end, it all makes sense…

Good. You don’t need to wait 5 months to decide to kill your unborn baby. And Planned Parenthood should not be getting taxpayer money for their abortion mills. Als good that minors don’t undergo serious medical procedures without parental involvement.
Abortion is why this guy will lose. Sure, the sketchy Dem will continue the state’s slide into poverty but hey at least abortions can continue at a fast clip.
Just a reminder that the school can’t give aspirin to a kid with a splitting headache without parental consent in writing. Scout leaders need permission and instructions in writing and strong controls over the medication. If they give any medication to treat an injury, it needs to be documented and you are starting to head into potential legal liability – even for neosporin on a cut.
That’s how parental consent laws work for literally everything else in life.

Gender inequality is accelerating depopulation in rural areas like this.
A Japanese government report on inequality published in June found that 27% of young women want to leave their hometowns, compared to 15% of young men — and rigid gender roles in rural society are prompting young women to vote with their feet.
The survey shows that most women move to the cities in search of better employment opportunities — but there’s a gender angle to that, too. Widespread expectations that women will prioritize housework and childcare also diminish young women’s educational prospects, motivating them to leave rural areas.
In rural communities, “women are stuck in temporary or part-time jobs and only men get promoted. Women don’t want to work in these places, so they move to Tokyo,” says Chuo University sociologist Masahiro Yamada.
The problem is persistent, he says, because “middle-aged and older men in rural areas don’t want to change the current situation of discrimination against women.”
I haven’t gotten to the part where women are physically prevented from moving to the cities.
I read a memoir by an Italian professor living in Japan during WWII. During the occupation afterwards he was amazed at how perfect US men and Japanese women were for each other. The American men gave the women freedom to grow and thrive, and the Japanese women gave respect and appreciation that the soldiers weren’t getting at home.
Ten minutes later NPR will cough up another chin-stroker about imminent population decline in every wealthy country and wonder “why?”

So, let’s say that “I refuse to work” woman does lose her benefits. She’s not going to rehabilitate herself overnight and develop good work habits. She’s probably going to get fired for attitude or no-show. Then she’ll collect unemployment for a period of time, then wash, rinse, repeat.
We really need to bring back poor houses for ppl like her. An institutional, supervised environment where you have to work to eat
And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: “If you don’t work you die.”
I think for many people the issue is medical insurance more than SNAP. If they earn over a certain amount, they lose medicaid (which has no deductible and covers everything), but can’t afford health insurance or co-pays. I’ve seen my mother’s bills (I bought her 100% coverage) and even a small percentage of those prices could easily bankrupt someone.
My oldest has given us a window into that world. We had her since she was 6, and somehow she still gravitates toward people like this.
Tater is right, she’s just not skilled or motivated enough to get a job that has insurance. So she makes sure she doesn’t make enough to get kicked off Medicaid. If she loses insurance, she’ll just go without medical care.
Tonio, I agree with you too. Ideally she would be in some sort of group home, and it’s a poor house, so be it.
As it is now, she’s out there with some guy she met on the Internet, blowing through the money she’s saved up. Someday one of us will get a call from her looking for a place to live. It’s not going to be in my house.

Correct. And they do everything they can to remove the shame from being dependent.
While last month’s selection of Sanae Takaichi as Japan’s first female prime minister breaks an important glass ceiling, she advocates a conservative, traditional view of gender roles.

Microreview: Lazarus on Amazon.
Supernatural/psychological suspense whodunit. Maybe too much on the psychological. The characters are all flawed which makes them annoying AF to watch at times. Not sure how the mystery genre lovers will react to how “the killer” is revealed in that while the character wasn’t introduced at the last minute it was definitely a case of the all the clues being red herrings until the last two episodes. I liked it overall, absolutely hated the last 45 seconds/season 2 setup cliffhanger. Honestly, hated the very concept of there being a S2, since this was or should have been a fully self-contained story given the premises.
Then again, Mr. Robot was able to pull multiple successful seasons out of a one-season gimmick, so what do I know?
All all? A well constructed mystery should at least have breadcrumbs throughout that lead to the correct answer, even if they’re only really visible in restrospect.
This. If the mystery story isn’t giving the audience some hints that can be used to identify the bad guy before the denouement, then the writer isn’t playing fair.
This was explained years ago.

I’d prefer not to.
It’s a microreview AND I’m not trying to spoil anything.
It’s a matter of “what are you trying to answer” coupled with genre awareness on both the part of the viewer and the protagonist with a not-insubstantial helping of “unreliable narrator.”
Huh. I tapped out after one or two episodes of S02. One season was enough for me.
I will back up Not Adahn here and say that Mr. Robot really was well done. Some parts that get a little… strange… for my general tastes, but it fit in well enough with the show that it worked for me.
Big fan of the strange. Twin Peaks, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Edward Scissorhands, The Prisoner… love ’em.

Every “western” country is going down the same path. It is why the Dems hate “MAGA” so much.
Right now the UK is at the Tea Party stage. And if you remember (Pepperidge farms does!) the displays of the US flag at those was looked at as hateful and racist by the left here.
Stupid people think that because they are good at one thing, and mayhap even admired for that thing, they suddenly are experts and everyone will hang on every word they say…. it is idiotic as shit, but almost always the case…

An illegal alien was arrested by ICE in a small IL town across the river which has the locals riled up. It is unclear if how many of the protesters are actually locals. As expected every protester interviewed was unable to make the distinction between illegal alien and authorized immigrant. DEPORT THEM ALL.
This is what happens when you refuse to enforce the law. Now, the law gets enforced vigorously and some very sympathetic cases are going to make headlines. They broke the law.
And yes, that kid that was 2 when they were smuggled into the country and is now 15 and doesn’t speak a word of Spanish and is being sent back to central America – that is on the parents who knowingly broke the law and made zero effort to put things right. Now maybe there would be a deal that could be worked out if Sleepy Joe didn’t let 11 million illegal immigrants into the country. But that’s not the situation we find ourselves in.
“This is what happens…”
Yes. That was the plan. Create a mess that no one would dare clean up. Break it beyond fixing.

The new Addidas Gazelles I bought are much improved over the pair I bought in 2018. The the sole is now made from a very different material and is extremely grippy. The tongue was improved, it thicker, wider and stays centered on my foot instead of rolling off to one side like my old pair. I’ve been wearing Gazelles since high school, they still look exactly the same but have gotten better with time.
Even MySlippers are made in Viet Nam. If we didn’t defeat the communists everyone would be barefoot.
Apropos on Vietnam.
To all Americans: STOP JOINING HOA’s. Stop paying the dues, stop signing the contracts, stop joining them. Just stop it. They are an abomination against man and nature. Cut it the fuck out.
Nice thought, but in many places if you stop paying HOA dues the HOA has you evicted and takes your home.
That’s why you do an armed takeover of the HOA, and force it to dissolve.
A Million Mirco-coups!
Shoot them.
Mandatory in most neighborhoods around here. The builder buys the land, builds a neighborhood, sets up an HOA to maintain common areas, and sells houses. About half the people fucking love the HOA so you won’t ever win the vote to disband it. And due to Dem Supermajority, most HOA’s can’t even be self run anymore – need to hire a property mgt company. (Technically you can self administer but the hoops they added all but force the need for professionals to get involved). The only way to avoid it is to not live in a neighborhood.
Everything you just said is an abomination worthy of an armed revolt.

“Blow up your TV
Throw away your paper
Go to the country
Build you a home
Plant a little garden
Eat a lot of peaches
Try an’ find Jesus on your own”
“The only way to avoid it is to not live in a neighborhood.”
Now you are catching on.
After a number of such places when we were looking for a house I told our agent “No HOA’s”
Really, how stupid do they think I am.
Spec house builder sets up HOA. After the houses are sold, or even before, the Spec house guy sells out and hits the road. Can the HOA really be said to be a legal entity if the original contract signer is no longer in the picture and NOT maintaining common area? I am…speculating….here. I dont know.
HOA is laughable terminology for a privately owned pseudo government entity.
I’m in an individual HOA, each homeowner makes their own rules, except for those made by the township, county, state and federal governments. Even some of those are ignored.
I can’t see how the agreement with the builder lasts past the first private exchange or property.
If you can have easements, you can have HOAs… A legal requirement to honor a 3rd party’s rights goes with the property. They just have to be listed as part of the deed. That 3rd party can relinquish its rights.. but you can’t sever them unilaterally.
There needs to be a mechanism for removal of such things that is easier to implement.
Now you’re sounding like a collectivist. Not all HOAs are made the same.
The property owner’s association for our rural community provides a water system and maintains the roads, grading them in the summer and plowing them in the winter. I’m glad to pay my ~$1000 per year for these services. No Karens screaming about lawns; few, if any, lawns are present here.
This. I don’t live in one, but I have know a ton of people who do, and most if not all of the ones I know love them. It keeps people from parking on the lawns, leaving trash out, weeds growing, and all of those type things. Yes, it is cookie cutter, but most people want that. They don’t want to piss of the front porch, have junk cars sitting around, delayed maintenance affecting their property values, and so on.
My two neighbors and I plow our road.
Costs us some fuel.
No one else gets charged a dime.
I even pulled out the school buss twice one day.
Next time it’s $1500
Increased property values only benefit the tax man.
Your home is a liability not an asset.
Some days, I wish ours was a bit stricter…
The neighborhood next to mine had an airplane in one of the driveways, and the HOA did nothing about it.
https://wnyt.com/top-stories/one-dead-one-seriously-hurt-in-crash-near-saratoga-county-airport/
There is a town up the way that has an HOA that is all airport. All of the houses have hangers, and they connect to the strip.
New Mooney owner who was trying to get the plane back to Florida after 1 month of engine issues.. Sad..
We really need to bring back poor houses for ppl like her. An institutional, supervised environment where you have to work to eat
The Little Red Hen should be required reading in every classroom.
Based on that NPR Japan story we should be sending all our deportees to rural Japan. Cheap housing and jobs aplenty.
The Japanese people might consider it an act of war, but who cares what they think?
I hate these suggestions that are going to ruin perfectly good places.
Send them all to lethal shitholes.
To Somalia with the deportees!
They might nuke the West coast. Oh, never mind.
The Japanese men may not be too excited about the US rejects, after seeing those proposed newbies’ grocery bills, avoirdupois and in-tow family

What the everloving fuck?
The primary reason I sold my place in Montana was because a group of people were trying to create and enforce a HOA (“it’s just about the roads, don’t worry”).
I fucking loved that place.
If you should happen to have a spare couple million bucks burning a hole in your pocket
Wow that is beautiful.
It is a bottomless pit. The purchase price is the tip of a very big iceberg.
Just look at the water heater pic. Pulling all of that piping off just to change it. Can already see that the insulation wasn’t put back on the pipes after some work.
I was looking at the explosion of roof-work. Yikes.
That house looks worse the more I look at it. Lack of convenient outlets, no space next to the washer dryer, dryer door blocks/catches exterior door. Good lord.
I had the same thought, and who TF mounts a TV that high?
But then you would be in Idaho.
But on 10 acres it would be private.
And your own!
Pocatello area is Utah.
It’s not too far from town but I think that grade is pretty steep.
Too big. Too much per square foot.
Wowza. Part 2 went swimmingly and I’m officially being hired by Coronis Health as a proofreader for medical docs. Will be 30days paid training /orientation to start. Gotta get docs in and sorted w my supervisor for full deetz on that.
But, uh. I’m moving up a tremendous rung on the income ladder, easily 2x more than *any* full time position I’ve ever had. Everything looks legit, company wise. This is strange, oddly foreign territory for me.
But onward and upward. Big Things. Will look a bit more to check, but all signs go. Hrm!
Congrats!
Go you!
Moving on up, Evan. Don’t forget us, we’ll always be here
Huzzah!
Huzzah!
Yay!
Nice Evan!
Now you can put some moves on the cutie crush at Walmart?
Good stuff
Glad your initial feelings were correct.
I’ve been wearing Gazelles since high school, they still look exactly the same but have gotten better with time.
My brother is the same, only with those Onitsuka(?) Tigers everybody on the track team wore. I have no idea where he gets them.
I remember that brand of shoe, a buddy who ran on the cross country team had a pair. Looks like they are made by Asics now.
But then you would be in Idaho.
But eastern Idaho, home of Mormons and nuclear physicists.
and the FBI
Eh, if I want to see a nuclear physicist, I will go to my uncles grave.
That area is surprisingly progy.
I am sitting next to a snoring cat.
Perfect time to attach the bell.
Be brave Railroad Rodent!
I’m officially being hired by Coronis Health
Bueno. Don’t fuck up.
and the FBI
Them, too. There’s a big gated FBI facility I drive by all the time. I think it’s some sort of data center. I’m pretty sure we’re all in there.
Curious whether OBE had seen these today: https://x.com/PhilHollowayEsq/status/1985034621675852225?t=_D_f5QrgQMigUvcpr1lR4Q&s=19
Somebody should be fired.
You do not meddle with that type of communication.
We did reject fascism – that is why Kamala lost.
