Which suburb? Nearly everyone I know lives in the suburbs rather than Cleveland proper. There’s some that are still at least reasonably accessible without car access.

Yeah, Mayfield Heights is not a suburb I would recommend going without a car in. I’m guessing they’re going into the old Progressive campus then.

This building is on something called Parkland Blvd. which I believe is not where Progressive is/was.
