I’m about 90% positive that he was quite adamant 9 months ago that Iran had no nuclear weapons program, all the nuclear material was being shipped to France for enrichment and incorporation into fuel rods and returned for peaceful energy generation. So the justification for strikes then from Israel and US was propaganda deployed to attack Iran who was not trying to develop nuclear weapons.
