I have never seen a captcha check. Again, I would suspect it’s something to do with the VPN/browser combination that you are using. It does not appear any other commenter is having the problems either. The closest is the complaints about getting logged out, which could be a similar issue, but that would be cookie based. Are you familiar enough to check browser logs to see if there’s any errors in there? If not, I can provide instructions to capture them and you can try to send them over.

The former police officer at the center of the scandal is Spring Township Officer Stephen Kutches.
