“Trump DOJ Confirms It Will Not Appeal Historic Ruling Ending Red Tape For Gun Suppressors”

So how many gun grabbing states already have a new version of their old laws restricting this they will issue, so the whole thing can be in force until it gets back to the SCOTUS in a decade or so?

    • UnCivilServant

Most of them separately banned a lot of these items ages ago.

For example, in New York even with a federal permission slip, NFA items were still felonies.

      • ron73440

Is it still a criminal offense to land in NY because your flight got diverted if you have a weapon in your checked bag?

      • Rat on a train

New York would make it criminal to overfly with a weapon if they could.

Zero, so far. Although the desire is certainly there.

There are a few states that restrict ownership of some or all NFA items (they’re the states you would expect, plus Iowa for some reason) but all of them had those laws in place well before Silencer Shop v. ATF.

So we have to allow one set of people to permanently mutilate themselves using scarce medical resources because otherwise they might consider suicide, but were going to simultaneously promote suicide to other people to preserve scarce medical resources…

After the speech, Trump made a rare presidential visit to the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma for a rally. Only a handful of U.S. presidents have visited tribal nations while in office.

    • EvilSheldon

Something that struck me about her initial testimony is how well-behaved the guys were. She clearly stated certain things that she wasn’t okay with, and the guys were all like ‘Okay, no worries.’ This was apparently a very polite drug-fueled orgy.

      • WTF

Yes, and when her reputation went in the shitter she regretted her actions, and then her regret became rape. Because women are not accountable, ever.

        Meet the Venus of Brassempouy
This ivory figurine found in a cave in France is about 25,000 years old. It’s one of the earliest representations of a human which is more complex than a stick figure. It’s noted for being one of the first figurines with facial features, but it’s also one of the first with something like a hair style. And that hair style looks an awful lot like it consists of bunch of braids, not unlike modern cornrows.
Now, we don’t actually know if this hairstyle goes back any farther than this. We simply have no data. But the earliest known use of cornrows is from France 25,000 years ago. So black folx need to stop appropriating European culture.
