Temperatures slowly rising in inland SoCal.  Trees and bushes are getting ready to bloom.  Daylight Saving Time is about to screw us all up for a week or so.  Nephilium is trying size smaller bike shorts.  MikeS is wondering why it’s no longer pitch black 18 hours a day. It must be spring.

I’m glad mornings are getting warmer.  It’s definitely easier to get out of bed and exercise when it’s over 40 degrees.

So what’s everybody going to do with longer days and warmer temps?  This is your opportunity to get back to it.  I’m going to do more conditioning.  Three mornings a week are for the gym.  Two others are for AthleanX conditioning workouts.  It’s definitely enough to make me feel like I’ve done all need to do.  But hot damn if David Goggins hasn’t gotten into my head.  I think he’s right that have so much more in our tank if we just tap into it.

I’ve done some extra conditioning, sporadically, over the last two weeks.  I’m pretty sure the “extra” daylight will make it easier to get home from work and do another session.

No one was impressed with the photos I posted of Neph’s spin instructor a couple of weeks ago. You people confuse me.  Here’s your reason to go running.
