As it’s a 500 issue, that’s on the server side, nothing can be done client side to correct that.

Giving a 16 year old a cell phone seems… not that uncommon.
Although I don’t think the judge can use anything about rape if he wasn’t actually convicted of it. That should remain a non-factor.
And the article should probably say “allegedly raped”. It includes only her side of the story.
I don’t see why the judge couldn’t take the statutory rape into account, convicted or not. It’s not really in dispute, the dates are easily proven.
Wouldn’t that fall under the assumption that he knew she was 16 and she hadn’t lied to be in the bar with a fake ID? Or does that not matter?
