The feds approved the congestion tolls under former President Joe Biden, and the MTA launched the program in early January 2025. I don’t think you should get into it. It’s a great martial art but it puts a lot of strain on the your knees and hips. Normally those don’t show up until some time of doing it, but IIRC you have issues with those joints and I’m not sure you can risk it. You of course can always ask your physician.
