And at a minimum, we should have a rule that tells people that if they go to a college that charges upwards of $40K a semester for a BA degree, whether that will involve nothing but DEI shit or not, that said students are disqualified from all loans. At this point all BA degrees are drastically overpriced unless they are under $5K a semester.

Disturbing the peace is still an infraction in most jurisdictions and yelling in an enclosed building like that could certainly constitute that. Would the yelling have happened without the presence of the officer, I don’t know, be I have my suspicion this person has a low threshold to take it to 11. The cop also stated something about “Baker act” detention which is mental health related, so maybe criminal charges weren’t warranted but a state sanctioned time-out probably does this entitled lot some good.
