I can think of a couple cases, right off the top of my head, where someone had to use a pistol in self defense at 25+ yards. Don’t assume it can’t happen, or that it’s an automatic trip to prison. Legal self defense is a lot more complicated than that.
Plus, 25-yard Bill Drills are a great test of general shooting skill! I may shoot a few today.
