We have two more sauces to go – velouté and tomato.  Velouté is frequently used to make supreme or Allemande sauce.  For example, to make chicken supreme.  Or, a fish velouté can be served with scallops. Tomato sauce, well, is used for Bolognese, or a Sunday gravy.

We’d like your suggestions for what dish to make with each of these sauces.  Please put them in the comments.  KK & Tulip will review, mock, and choose one to make.  Our decision will be completely arbitrary and final.
