If the website is broken between the window of 6a and 7a, ya’ll are waiting until I get back from my morning 3 mile walk if no one else is available to come along and throw something together.

Yes. You have to build it yourself if you want a cheap vanlife. And that takes some level of skill.
I would have to outsource the electricity. I do not understand things like “amp hours.” I do know I’d want lithium batteries.
Lithium is for people with $$$. regular Lead-Acid is just fine, it is just more weight. Look at older Class C RV’s, and you still need to pay for a spot to park the vehicle.. most towns have anti-camping laws.
