If more sites asked me to subscribe that way, I’d be buried until content.

  2. R.J.

    The ending was good.

  3. DEG

I don’t see glibertarians.com as sexy. I think that ending is inaccurate.

    • R.J.

      We can dream, can’t we?

    • Rat on a train

Do you want to see an accurate version?

      • R.J.

Don’t forget we have Other Kevin. His chiseled face could be in magazine ads.

      • DEG

Weirdos with guns and booze might appeal to someone.

      • DEG

        err…might be sexy to someone.

    • Ted S.

I see me as sexy. You Tulpas, on the other hand….

      • Swiss Servator

We should be fucking off, yes, I know…

      • Fourscore

One is the loneliest number, TEd?s

      • Brochettaward

Speak for yourself kemosabe. My one gets play. Right hand, left hand, and back hands. It gets it all.

    • Brochettaward

Anyone saying that has never had a First in one of their orifices let alone all of them.

    • Threedoor

You haven’t ran into Steve Smith or I in the woods and it shows.

  4. Evan from Evansville

    Woah.

      • rhywun

I don’t think Patreon accepts that, yet?

    • R.J.

      I call shenanigans.

      • DEG

        Yeah, this story stinks.

      • Evan from Evansville

Gut says she* is looking to make a payday and a ‘point’ against a group of people who a) can afford it b) will get headlines c) can be demeaned as a class.

Wealthy, white, arrogant, drug-dealing Ivy League frat boys?! *screenwriter flies to take notes*

*or handlers, people who convinced her to change her story for the reasons I mentioned.

      • rhywun

        this story stinks

To high heaven. And it just earned another week, at least, of non-stop breathless coverage.

      • Brochettaward

Something has to carry the news cycle until the blue wave in November.

    • Brochettaward

She said things to the cops. And then there was her written statement. And her statement said no such thing and spells out that she consented.

Girl is a fucking disaster and no case would have held up regardless of whether she said she thought she was raped at the tailend of her interview. And we have no record of the transcript, just the word of CBS.

This entire thing is ludicrous. Even in modern day you get her in front of a jury and the entire case is going to fall right apart. Sexual assaults are one of the few crimes with a rather low conviction rate even when charges are filed precisely because of shit like this.

      • Fourscore

        “she thought she was raped”

She thought she was rapped or wrapped?

Easy enough mistake for a transcriber.

      • Stinky Wizzleteats

She’s full of shit: a girl who got hammered at a party and let guys run a train, then saw a payday. Kinda gross with the dick after dick and whatnot but not illegal.

Also, if coercion wasn’t involved, the guys were drunk/high on the same shit. Why do they have control of their faculties and she didn’t?

    • Derpetologist

In many countries, it is expected that young men will hire whores precisely to avoid these sorts of problems.

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_minute_men

      ***
“Three minute men” were patrons of a quasi-legal prostitution industry north of Hotel Street near Honolulu Harbor from December 1941 to September 1944 (World War II). After martial law was declared in Honolulu, local police corruption and regulations were superseded, and a price of three dollars was set by military authorities. To satisfy an immense demand, men were kept in a “bullpen” of three or more rooms, permitting men to dress and undress in assembly-line fashion, while each received only three minutes of personal attention. The practice may have been initiated by Jean O’Hara.[1][2]
      ***

      $3 in 1941 is about $68 today.

I saw a pic once of a long line of soldiers and sailors outside one of those brothels. I was tempted to screenshot it and caption it with “The Greatest Generation”.

In the movie Gallipoli, there’s a scene where the Australian soldiers bang some whores in Egypt a few weeks before they all get mowed down by Turkish machine guns.

I don’t blame any of them for doing it, but it’s one of those facts of war that gets omitted in history classes. Fun fact: hooker acquired its slang meaning because Civil War General Hooker’s unit was famously for having a large entourage of “camp followers” as they were called at the time.

      • Threedoor

At least one of the Nordic countries that went to Afghanistan took their whores with them.

      • rhywun

I must be a freak because I am able to keep it in my pants for longer than the average man.

    • J. Frank Parnell

It’s entirely possible that she believes she was raped because she has bought into the idea that if she regrets it the next day it was rape.

      • J. Frank Parnell

Which I think is a specific example of a mindset that is fairly widespread: if something bad happened to me, I am a victim, therefore there must be a victimizer (other than myself) who can be blamed for my misfortune.

  5. Evan from Evansville

I predict this will be the last game of the Cubs’ season. I’ll be thrilled if I’m wrong.

    • Stinky Wizzleteats

All she needs is a nice lifetime stay in a home for the criminally insane, a good dose of Haldol, and a million followers on X.

      • Gender Traitor

I don’t see her inheriting the Clancy Club. She’s from way down south in Dixie instead of civilized New England, she lacks the porcelain complexion and big eyes, and she looks at least borderline white trash.

      • Threedoor

Clancy looks white trash to me.

Like she lights one cigarette off the last one.

    • Evan from Evansville

I saw that. Did Clancy fucking inspire these murderous cunts to ‘open up’ and finally do it themselves?

Why would I not be surprised.

      • rhywun

More likely it’s always been common but the MSM like to chain stories one after the other like this.

      • Evan from Evansville

Eh? A brutally murdered baby bleeds and nationally leads. I think they’d report on that no matter what. Not an evergreen story. (Well, it can become on with the trial.)

      • rhywun

I think they’d report on that no matter what. Not an evergreen story.

Enh. In the before times it might be on page 2 for one day, and done.

Now it will be paired to the previous story and get endlessly repeated. I suspect it’s more common that you would imagine.

  6. Grumbletarian

It would be nice if the Red Sox could manage to score just one run before they get knocked out of the postseason.

    • slumbrew

      So say we all both.

      • slumbrew

        There it is!

      • slumbrew

I step aside for 10 minutes and the Yankees put up 6? WTF.

        Ah, well.

        Go Bruins.

      • Grumbletarian

Fucking embarrassing. They should wear dresses for every game next year.

    • Grumbletarian

      Contreras solo homer. Thank Christ.

  7. Evan from Evansville

“Bumping around Patrick Clancy’s pregnant new wife spotted in NYC for first time since couple’s big announcement”

I mistrust all of these people.
