Each 120V 20A drop can provide 1920 Watts. His 2280 Watts are well within the limits, assuming that the AC and hair dryer are on different circuits.
I’m assuming that by campground you mean like an RV site. That is actually a stickier problem. They supply 30A at 120V, cutting the Wattage in half. down to 2880 Watts. This is sufficient for his needs, but might be pushing it to add much more.
That last paragraph is relevant if OBE is connecting to a 120V feed, also.
