Anecdotally, my wife used to think gluten allergies were fake, then she developed them herself. She has less of a reaction to bread we bake at home or of the wheat product is imported (either Italy or India). Seems like with the right capital investment you could combine some of that with a good powerplant – get Temps hot enough to render everything for energy and then separate out the heavy metals/minerals that are reusable. I’ve been told our taxes are going way down. Apparently the Texas legislature outlawed stealth real estate tax increases where the property values doubling led to the local governments trying to spend twice as much.
A law like that never would have happened in places like Hawaii.

I got my proposed assessment yesterday. I never dreamed I’d ever live in such a fine house. Assessed value increased about 14% on property with buildings but decreased slightly on empty land. Total was an 8 $ increase over 4 pieces.
