Had a busy weekend.  First my oldest had to get up early and don the band uniform to perform in the Parada Del Sol.  Its a parade put on by the city, they’ve done it for 70 years, and quite frankly its not as big a deal as they make it out to be.  Holy shit, I forgot how many freaking horses there are in Scottsdale.  It wasn’t all bad, my youngest tried to play a brain game with me and asked if this was a rabbit or a bunny.

I told him I am not here to split hares.

Later I took my daughter to the mall, and found out by “group of friends” she actually meant “goofy blond kid”.  I have to give the kid some credit:  he rode his bike to Fashion Square and even paid for my daughter’s movie ticket.

¡enlaces!

Yes. It does strike me as odd to me they targeted bus and taxi drivers.  In fact I would go so far as to assume that wasn’t their real job.

Team Brandon to discuss security measures but more likely the best place to get some good barbacoa with a Mexican envoy later today.  This is not helping.

“Austerity” measures and a five-fold increase in the price of gas looms over Cuba.  Remember, Tom Morello insists its America’s fault the rest of the world has nothing stopping them from trading with Cuba.

“So I’m, like ‘DUDE’. He’s all, ‘SWEET’!”

The big news last week is El Presidenté Dudebro, the world’s coolest dictator, was reelected by an absurd margin.  But remember, El Presidenté is the bad guy, NOT the gangs.  Bloomberg naturally hyperventilates over the prospect of lingering right wing tendencies of other Latin American dictators that for whatever reason were elected, will have on the region.

The other big news is this guy died. No, not Willie Neslon.  Not a fan but a ton or people I know liked him.
